Raising equity is going to be extremely difficult in this current climate and driving the price down would be at all good.
I see paying a premium an excellent decision and dbay have down this thrice before. i reckon we might see this very imminently in next few weeks. All in my honest opinion.

If Dbay were to buy the 49pc, i reckon it would be at a premium to todays price. In my opinion i reckon the would be between 12p and 15p

This will climb. I checked the Eddie Stobart board and there are 51 vacancies with Appleton scc recruiting the most from top tier staff to base level.

I check often and 6 months prior there was literally none and them slowly increase to 8, 12 and now 51 vacancies!!!!!!!

ASK are deffo busy like no other time and during lockdown thimgs have been very good. THE festive season is just around the corner And ESL is going to motor forward.

Every has an opinion. My thoughts are that if equity is raised it should be a premium of today's price. I think 8p is sensible.

Christmas is around the corner and EDDIE STOBBART has won tenders from from Amazon. That means we are going to be busy.

I checked the vacancies and at one point they had 43 going especially for drivers, managers and other areas.

This will climb no doubt, but I reckon an share dilution will happen but at what cost.

What's your take on equity raise. Unless DBAY decide to make an offer for the entire share amount.

Surely, ESL would raise equity at a premium of today's price? I would say 8p would be good.

I'm very much monitoring the turnaround and will jump back in. I had almost 200k shares and was down 2 grand but now I'm up 4 grand All thanks to Samuel.
