If Jangada turnaround and be honest and say results were poor then so be it. Don't hold back the results.

I'm holding first of all, but I'm noticing there is chunks of sell off of 500,000 since after the holidays. This tells me that someone knows the assays are poor and as expected. Yes we might be financially liquid but something telling me we're in for a drop to pre penny. I'm gonna stay put though but if I sell, it's gonna be at a loss

What price is should thus be really trading at?

Is the drill fully funded or will further funding be required do extract and produce 350k Oz once its confirmed?

Premier African Minerals - Quick Summary (June 2025)

1. Raised New Money

Premier raised £1.575 million by selling new shares at a very low price (0.012p each) to fund work at their Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project in Zimbabwe.

2. Paying Off Contractors

They also paid off $1.1 million (£740k) in contractor bills by giving those contractors more company shares instead of cash.

3. What the Money’s For

The money will go towards:

Improving performance of their main lithium processing plant.

Building a backup plant in case the main one doesn’t perform.

Paying some debts and ongoing costs.

4. Progress & Timeline

Work is on track and within budget.

If the upgrades work well, big negotiations (including with a FTSE100 company) will resume in July or August 2025.

5. Other Updates

Premier is also exploring ways to:

Sort ore more efficiently.

Extract other valuable minerals like high-purity quartz and tantalite (for tantalum).

6. New Shares Issued

In total, they are creating 19.3 billion new shares.

These will start trading on the AIM stock market around 17 June 2025.

7. Total Company Shares Now

After this, Premier will have about 70.3 billion shares in total.

8. Final Notes

Premier’s long-term aim is to make Zulu a profitable multi-mineral mine, not just for lithium.

Keep in mind: many things still depend on plant performance, market conditions, and further agreements.
