Statistically over 62% of those who work within Digital transformation (the preferred term for IT nowadays fyi) and AI are on the 'spectrum' which generally imho means they are usually bright exceptionally good at working on one thing at a time but if that goes out of scope then it can be curtains

Whereas - your view on CS employees usually excellent multitaskers, logical, common sense can diffuse situations with ease.

Obviously Capita will have extremely talented people working in I.T / AI but also "standard" employees (for want of a better word) in the call centres / customer service department
