Some brokers will let you bed and ISA without the ISA being fully funded, you’ll still need some extra money in there to cover dealing charges and stamp duty but what you lose on the actual bed and isa itself should be fairly minimal £50-100 depending upon the number of share.
Any capital gains or losses are realised when the stock is sold out of the trading account.

Just over 7.03BN shares in issue now of which 5.8BN came as part of the recent placing.

Intrestingly 2.4BN shares have changed hands between July and September and another 1.7BN in June though some of this will have been old stock as placing shares were not issued until after GM on 9/6 a took a while to hit peoples accounts.

Not much of a chartist but both 3 and 6 month charts on here are starting to look like we are going to give the 0.4p level a bash at some point.

At the end of the day good new flow will drive any share price higher and lack of it the price generally tends to drift. I have a target price in mind but its way higher that the current market price if it take a year or two to get their so be it but thats also why I have bought the bulk in ISA wrappers.

Those Spreadex punters selling out at 40%+ return good luck to them, its never bad to press bank every now and then. Personally I'm more intrested in what Lombard Odier are doing than Spreadex as they came in for 11.88% of the last placing and with market purchases are now up at 16.02%, if they continue buying over the next few weeks/months I'm guessing they may settle at around the 20% shareholding mark. It would be nice for 1-2 of the other insitutional holders to add to their holdings or have some new names pop up on the register.

Volumes are starting to pick up again over £400k worth traded yesterday and £240k so far today

The whole point of phase 1 is to get the company to break even so probably by Q1 2021 this should be operational, remember there is a lag between processing capacity and sales so I’m expecting break even to come in around mid 2021. That being said Covid caveat if it takes a little longer no biggie.

Phase 2 is all about the icing on the cake if that take another 12-18 months to build out as sales increase so be it. For me this is a 3-5 year investment with at least 6-8 times potential upside from the current trading price, others have mentioned £250M market cap potential I don’t disagree. Company just needs to get on and deliver, the rewards for patient investors will come. Taking £1.7m out of the cost base is excellent that doesn’t include the £400k saving by moving offices.

One last thing please stop harping on about the deeply discounted fundraising, TRX had well flagged the needed to raise funds, you have all had plenty of time to try and get your averages down.

Personally the only real reason to do a share consolidation is ahead of a a dual listing in the US, we are probably at least 18 months away from this point.

TRX just need to get on with building out the extra capacity which we all hope translates into increased sales and eventually profitability.

Absolutely agree in years to come we’ll look back and think why didn’t we buy more down here.

Perhaps a market maker or two has been caught shorting these and now scrambling to cover what they sold lower down

If it’s Acacia selling down they can’t have that much more left I’m guessing circa 30m still to dump but didn’t write the figures down, they had 184M less the big trades from Friday, Monday and now 2 today
Either way it doesn’t really matter too much as until seller is cleared I don’t think that the shares will begin to move up as most of us want

Perhaps these big trades are Acacia selling down

I could not resist another top up yesterday at these levels yesterday hope we stay around here for a little while longer unfortunately so I can continue to add to my position, I think most people will be happy if shares are 2-3 times the current market price in the next 12-18 months (personally I don’t care if it take longer), everyone has had the chance to try and get their averages down

Premier Miton would have to put out a TR1 if they go below 10% shareholding from their current 10.87% stake given they haven’t could it be they are happy holders in this case?
