Dickies did you hold them in an ISA?
Mine are in ISAs so I’m waiting on the broker to confirm what’s happening but they might transfer into my trading account.
JP Jenkins used to offer a matched bargain facility and it looks like they still do, however I suspect nothing will move on this until SEC issues have been addressed, website still makes reference to shares being listed.....

37% up on the week, nice to see what a share price can do when it has some momentum behind it.
Agreed its a logical step to look at a US listing in the future especially after phase 2 expansion has been completed.
Lets get to breakeven first and then into profitability.
I just hope I can maintain my current holding well into 2022, I suspect TRX will eventually be taken out by a larger player for 4-5 times sales, lets just get those sales up to a level that makes all investors a very nice return.

Anyone else finding it hard not to get too excited at the moment?
Been a very good run the last few months, it felt like ages trying to push through the 0.4p level post placing.
Trading update whenever it comes will be a good time to reassess for everyone.
Personally I want to see a few more contract wins coming through later in the year as vaccines rollout continue and most importantly elective surgery returns and we can begin to get back to some sort of normality.

Possibly a roll over trade with an investor needing cash elsewhere but that’s just a guess because they are closely timed

They are supposed to be setting up some kind of matched bargain facility to allow holders to be able to trade the shares.......
I’m in the same boat but with another brokers all held in ISAs so waiting the broker to send an update.
Also company will look to make some kind of tender offer at some point, I recall seeing a minimum of 1p somewhere recently though not sure I’d want to sell any at that price.

Trading update inside the next couple of weeks.
I see sales small off/flat as a huge positive given the impact Covid has had on elective surgery, but time will tell.
More importantly looking forward to seeing news flow on Phase 1 expansion as this is the key to getting to break even

Unless other sharesholders vote this down delisting will happen, I just paid to vote down all resolutions at the AGM

It's not a notifiable holding so you won't get a formal announcement if he sells any

Absolutely rubbish talking about corrupt City practices.
It’s not the stock exchange that prints trades as buys or sells, also for every trade there is always someone else the other side of it.
Sites like LSE just look at the price it trades at and if it’s closer to the selling price than the buying price it gets marked down as a sell when it’s actually a purchase, people should look at the volume traded rather than rely on how trades get marked.

With the market cap they should comfortably be able to redeem this next year
