Not sure we’ll get anything on new contract wins until after final results are out some point this month. Personally glad of the opportunity to try and top up in ISAs down at these levels, probably try to max out over 3-4 trades as never good a picking the bottom is shares. Overall not too much in my portfolio has the potential to double and hopefully more over the next 18 months or.

Not sure I read this correctly as at first glace it reads like a CLN that converts at a 10% discount to VWAP on previous 10 days trading .
For simple maths lets say all stock is issued at £1 then we'd have 35m more shares in issue, of which 15m to be issued in the 1st year.
LDC can take up to a 19.9% stake in the Zoe.
Dilution limited as its all held by 1 investor/finance provider.
We were probably always going to need additional growth capital and this might be a great solution, time will tell.

I make this 24.88% of the company changed hands last month

Woodford stock was sold on to Acacia Research as they are sub 3% they don't need to disclose any more
Most of these % holdings are from August 2020, only a few have been updated post that
Approximately 80% owned by top 25 shareholders but a fair few of us are going to be included in that number under various nominee accounts with brokers
Despite the pull back yesterday we still finished the week up 18%

Possibly one II selling down a little and another picking the stock up, all speculation on my part TR1s should they come in the next couple of days will confirm things.
Either way £1.8m worth changed hands today.
Closing price seems slightly skewed as they were 0.78/0.79 prior to the closing uncrossing auction.
Roll on 1p+.....

Lets see if a TR1 comes out in a few days will it be an II adding to their existing stake as circa 1.1% of the company changing hands

sssssshhhhhhhh keep this one quiet.
I've been pleasantly surprised how well the share prices has held up post trading update, small pull back and motoring upwards again.
Looking forward towards the 1p mark push if we can get 1/2 more contract wins in the next few months

I’m fairly certain is J&J but TRX are probably bound by commercial confidentiality and can’t publicly name them.
Hopefully we see a few more contract wins at some point this year.

For the traders it’s a case of better to travel than arrive, for longer term investors it’s a case of stead as she goes with the foundations being set for a move into profitability.
Given the almost 38% run in the sp last week a pull back was probably due.

I don’t think we could have hoped for such a largely positive RNS.
Sales off small is an excellent result given Covid impact on everything.
Foundations are set to move into profitability, Phase 1 operational by June all be it slightly higher costs as they are doing some of the work for Phase 2 alongside, continuing focus on the cost base a big positive as another $700k of savings achieved.
