Facts are in the RNS. The quarterly update. Lettings revenue flat in Q3 24 v Q3 23. However, Q3 24 had the benefit of £1m of revenue from acquisitions. Therefore, organically, the lettings business has declined and they aren't winning market share in their organic markets. Ludlow was acquired in November 2023, and so will be in the comparison for Q4. If they hadn't done the acquisitions announced, fairly sure that Q4 would show declining lettings revenue
