Neon my initial post titled Bracco takeover stated looking at the situation if I was Bracco a takeover would interest me. For another 7.2m more at 1p a share, they could own 100 % including all the IP and cash (still maybe £5–6 m) Asking for thoughts. Not ramping at all, massive risk for potentially a decent return.

Could that be risky though Apeirogon? They have a chance to get the whole company for a steal.

Technically possible but outside core business and resources so very unlikely.

What would it take for the CEO and board to be pushed out? Has any experienced investors seen it happen in similar circumstances?

What’s your expected timescale it will hit 5p? Also what do you believe is the rational for such a large raise at such a big discount.

Thanks for your thoughts guys. Like I said it’s a pure hunch, if the raise is reduced I can see the share price reacting positively.

Bought in today. Pure hunch but I think this dilution proposal is to leverage or apply pressure in partnership talks. They need to show they have an alternative funding route and won’t accept lowball terms. The timeline and tone of the RNS would fit my hunch and I think the end result will be no or a much smaller raise. I would be interested to know more experienced investors thoughts.
