In my view something is going on behind the scenes , I strongly believe it will be beneficial to shareholders, some form of corporate activity ahead seems nailed on given recent 'old guard' director resignations, new management could be parachuted in and stimulate excitement.

Could it be a JV partner for one of the projects, a stake sale, maybe a cornerstone investor or even a takeover for the entire company - many options.

The share price is on it's knees, from these levels it looks a no brainer buy.

Having listened to the Crux interview you have to wonder if EEE will be the next GGP - a Tier 1 Titanium deposit was mentioned, the current m/cap of Empire is only £48m.

Another matter concerns the very few shares in issue, only circa 550m, this means the free float is extremely limited, more-so as the company is well cashed up to at least end Q1 next year.

My guess is this will continue to rise, could it double and more from here, IMO yes.

The shorters prey on weak retail investors, this is why they machine gun post on bulletin boards like this , they have no clue as to what is going to happen yet promote their negativity in droves, the aim is to get retail to sell to enhance their profits, the short position in HZM seems to be significant.

In todays update all you see is a very experienced high calibre management team being injected into HZM, possibly on the say so of the cornerstone lenders, my view is this is very positive and it does look like a funding deal will be completed, maybe sooner than later.

The rise in the gold price suggests POW/RRR may soon be able to deliver something material in respect of New Ballarat Gold in Australia, the initial aim was to IPO it.

POW have been hinting news on the project is closing in, I would imagine they are keen to commercialise it by any means available - if the sector is poised to turn up then this asset 51% owned by Red Rock could soon come back into the limelight, maybe it could be sold outright.

The current market value of Red Rock is so feeble that anything broadly positive could give a strong uplift to the share price, the shares are priced as option money currently but on AIM that can change in a flash.

At current levels probably worth a punt, more-so if there is an open naked short position that has to close out.

It seems there is a large short position in HZM, this news could leave many burnt, expect a plethora of negative posts to cloud todays positive events, the calibre of new BOD speaks for itself.

This has to be very positive for HZM, high calibre appointments, one with links to one of the company's major shareholders.

This statement shows purpose, suggests financing will be delivered....

Whilst I know charts are not the be all and end all of everything I noticed someone on the other site suggested there was a chart gap to fill at 3.75p in CNSL.

There appeared to be a coupe of late buy trades totalling 700,000 shares , one at 3.08p and another at 3.05p, very positive.

The re-rate has further to run IMO.

Looks like the spivs have started buying back their forward sold shares, trying to do so in a orderly fashion to avoid a much dreaded spike in the SP.

One suspects there are many more tens of millions to go, being prudent I took some around .12p as I expect another bounce in the share price imminently.

AB has been under the cosh recently and is likely to retaliate, hopefully to the advantage of shareholders.

The Gracious Fellow has had sight of the latest broker commentary from Cavendish, issued today, it makes a very pleasant read. Stakeholders should be extremely comforted, go on top up a glass, have a well deserved tipple.

# The note reiterates their belief the Health & Nutrition business is worth £25m-£30m or 12p a share, they point to much improved margins as a key indicator.

# They have upgraded the FY end cash balance by £1.2m to £4.3m (previous estimate being £3.1m)

# They point to significant growth potential especially in the US

# They re-iterate the low market valuation as of 23/11/23 - suggesting there is room for 'substantial upside'

# They will offer a new SP target (presumably more than 12p) later this year.

Needless to say the Gracious Fellow will not be selling anytime soon, on the contrary, in fact, the modest chap is inclined to tuck in further.

You do not get sell side volume that occurred last week without reason, it spiked the day of the General Meeting, clips of 5m shares were sold in machine gun fashion towards the close Friday, the spivs now want a placing to close their forward sold shares.

Maybe Bell will not oblige, no signs of panic yet from the spivs as they still have some time to deliver stock to the market,the clock is ticking down !

Oh what fun it would be to see 50m/100m shares trying to be bought through the open market, what a spike that would generate.

The bashers here are hysterically losing the plot, one wonders who they work for, whoever it is they need to get a bid in quickly or it will be too late.

Remember the BOD said any offer around current levels is a non starter, remember also the brokers 'conservative' valuation of £25m-£30m or 12p a share.

Its going far higher folks, sit back and enjoy !

A deeper dive into the numbers shows they are a very strong liquidity position

The cash position at 30th September was £4.4m

They were owed (receivables) £2.3m

They owed (trade payables) £1.5m

Difference +£800k

Inventories (stock) was circa £1m

So as of 30th September you can add £800k to the cash position making a sum of £5.2m

The company is in exceptional financial health !!!

Looks like the online presentation tonight will be well attended, the last one I presented questions in the morning of the same day and they were readily accepted, not so today, it appears the Investor Meet platform has received strong interest ahead of tonight's event.

Of course it is possible to enter questions live but due to demand they rarely get asked.

The interest in the company is clearly growing, at the time of this post the shares were 'at best' on just £1000 of stock.

I think the growth prospect here are mind boggling, moving into the USA and Far East markets, issue for me is the company will be taken over before full value outs.

It will be interesting to see what the house broker has to say now, their last commentary was in January offered a target price of 12p and they deemed that conservative, since then a great deal of positive events have occurred.

Not withstanding todays excellent numbers it is worth noting the company is moving into exciting new markets in the USA and Far East, clearly the growth prospects are exceptional moving forward, this small company would be a perfect bolt on for a larger capitalised competitor, I still expect to see a bid for CNSL, however the offer would need to be pitched far higher than current levels.

Worth noting there are only 237m shares in issue, a bid around 8p/9p/10p a share would only value CNSL circa £20m therefore.

The company is seriously miss priced by the market, ignore the bashers.

Very positive numbers today, margin increases, healthy cash balance £4.4m, strong performance across all operations, revenues up 44%

Looking ahead moving into new growth markets and lower cost base, improving efficiency.

The company is materially undervalued, with markets improving expect a strong re-rate of the stock, the company remains vulnerable to takeover, current m/cap a mere £5.7m.

I wonder how many are sweating that the purported placing will go ahead having forward sold tens of millions of shares in advance last week, what fun it would be if AB walks into the brokers and says 'it's off' and demand to see 'the book' of names who were willing participants thinking gains would be easy money, it is way past time someone had the stomach to rupture this ugly process.

If it's pulled those shares will have to be bought back in the market, now that would be fun, something for the bashers to think about !!

No doubt all will be revealed in due course.

I long suspected a certain cretinous entity may be behind the hysterical bashing here, the site this entity operates is 80% to the short side and revels when private investors lose money, further some of the subscribers are 'high profile' individuals who have ability to short the most illiquid stocks via various mechanisms.

One thing I have discovered, when this site targets a company, is the share price goes into the gutter (like CNSL) and then often multi bags towards the end of the exercise. ODX/CNSL has been hysterically bashed for 12+ months the end game, the multi bag event, is coming shortly.

Anyone short here is playing an extremely dangerous game, the AIM market is turning up with the main index outperforming, all boats will rise, some will rise spectacularly.

CNSL is materially undervalued on a number of metrics, the shares are cheap, even thin consistent buying pressure could multi bag the share price.

Buy low sell high.
