For what it is worth I had some communication with the former CFO, Danesh Varma, who left AYM in 2023 (now deceased) via a post on X around 1 year ago. I was critical of the current regime and their 'methods' of raising cash at ever lower share prices. I pointed out that the company was wide open to naked shorting (forward selling of stock not owned), the former CFO liked and agreed with my tweet, I thought this was VERY telling. Clearly he did not agree with their methods.
I have a feeling we may be about to see some form of challenge to the current regime, for example what has the CEO achieved since his appointment, very little, the Chairman is equally culpable, just spouts the usual waffle without delivering any clear strategy. Neither of them hold any meaningful equity position, they do not feel the financial pain of the shareholders as a result.
In my view all is not lost here, the company is priced as a shell currently, bring in a decent management team + new funding and you are looking at a complete revaluation proposition.
DYOR etc.
