I noticed the corporate activity over at Marula, maybe this was what was stalling Brewer (GMI).

I think we are not far away from this concluding, it is in Brewers interest to get the financing across the line as he is the second largest investor in Shuka.

As we know an RNS from Anglesey can come anytime through the day, my bet is there will be an update next week, I have strong belief that there is material activity going on behind the scenes.

My view is the major shareholder and former Chairman, namely John Kearney, is behind some corporate move, he clearly has the financial resource to support Anglesey plus has a network of industry contacts.

Basically, as I see it, Anglesey is a great opportunity for takeover, look at all the £5m-£10m IPO's of junior mining companies in various jurisdictions, their only claim to fame is a licence or licences, no resource, nothing, yet their 'story' attracts investors over and over.

Anglesey is still valued under £2m, has completed drilling, studies, proven gold, silver, copper, lead & zinc in a JORC resource, in ground resource possibly $1b+

To conclude in the current commodity bull market AYM is a no brainer opportunity for a third party either by direct takeover or a meaningful JV.

No wonder the market is very reluctant to allow large buyers in, sub £2m m/cap is farcical.

I would suggest those 1m buyers know something, this was priced to fail, the shares were also smacked by the crazy proposed death spiral funding, thankfully that was rejected.

Still only valued at £2m, the stake in Grangesberg is worth that alone, maybe a consortium approach for the company, maybe John Kearney (22% holder & ex Chairman) is involved, maybe a JV.

One thing, it is a dam cheap entry point at current levels assuming you can get any shares !

FOMO will kick in here shortly, news could come at anytime but almost certainly next week IMO.

Worth remembering the shares hit 2.3p in September and earlier this month traded around 1.5p .

It looks like Marula has secured significant financing, Brewer has an interest there, one wonders if this event will ease pressure on him financially, I think it may be relevant. We will see.

It looks to me there is some good old share washing (Google it) going on here, probably instigated by clients of Nortrust, who seem to add and reduce positions infinitum. My bet is the purpose is to contain the share price in a range whilst an entity(s) build(s) a position.

It is as clear as night follows day that EME's stake in the Mako Gas Field is worth possibly 10+ times the current £3.5m m/cap, that is why certain investors would want a large position.

Historically the late Tom Kelly suggested that EME would use surplus cash from the eventual sale of this stake to acquire new projects (certain shareholders not happy about that) however his passing leaves an aging BOD in place who may just want to get the stake sold and distribute the surplus money to the shareholders and retire themselves.

Despite the implied share washing (IMO) the price continues to move higher, albeit at a snails pace, that could change in an instant if news comes.

It is interesting that online buy limits are very small currently, you cannot buy in any real size unless you want to pay a premium.

The shares look oversold.

Very little stock around this morning, currently asking a premium for just £5k's worth.

No news from the company means there are no material developments to report, the Nomad would force an RNS if there were, yes the drop is well overdone.

The shares look well poised for a very decent % move here, the Mako stake will soon come into play once again.

Every time a Mako event occurs EME shares move up strongly, the market is well aware that the current m/cap of just £3.5m takes no account of the real value of that stake which could be north of £20m.

There is nothing different in that RNS to the others apart from the mention of the possible coal fines sale. The last thing Brewer & QvB would want is a highly dilutive placing, even the CEO said they would not issue shares at 'current levels' and that was when the SP was 5.5p.

First time they have mentioned the coal fines in Kabwe financing RNS, could bring in circa $400k, re-iterate Brewer (who is providing the $1.35m) is the 2nd largest shareholder in Shuka so it is in his interests to get this financing across the line.

Yes it is very frustrating, however, his investment in Shuka is circa £1m+ so far.

HC you clearly like the sound of your own voice and frankly I am sick of your waffle. It is clear, in fact very clear, you want Goldstone to fail, I see individuals all over these BB's posting negative vibes, when challenged many admit they hold no shares but are posting to 'save' others potentially losing money, yeah right !

Fact is no-one knows what the next few months will bring, the share price has been battered down on thin volume, we await the next steps & news, Bill Drew has gone quiet, AIM's seem to be backing the current regime, maybe just maybe the negativity here is over cooked.

They are now asking a premium for just £5k of stock, it shows how thin the market is, as I posted recently the stock is capable of large % moves on thin volume, they have taken it down from 3p+ in a month remember !

Book has turned very positive all of a sudden, shares materially oversold, premium being asked for modest size, a decent bounce is well overdue, shares were trading at 3p at the start of the month.

Do you not think it is interesting that Kearney is funding LIM (to the tune of $900k) over the last 2 years, surely he would not want to lose all here due to abject poor management and the need for some short term funding, he could throw in some cash and maybe bring in a new management team who may be able to rejuvenate sentiment.

Management/advisors (which includes the big hitting 'names') have been made to look fools by a failed tip sheet individual, a bunch of city spivs and a hoard of bulletin board bashers.

As a result of the negative vibes created by the aforementioned over £5m has been wiped off the market valuation in under one month, at some point there will be a bounce back, for example what would happen to the obvious short positions if the funding proposals get voted down, the only way to close would be via the market. For the resolutions to pass the BOD need 75%, question is will they get that, if not it could get very interesting indeed.

I would hazard a guess the bottom is in, current m/cap is just £5.8m, no warrants can be exercised before July next year so ignore the naysayers who pump that side of the story. Existing shareholders are clearly angry, the BOD must be aware, maybe the next news could be dynamic, time will tell. With the right news this could easily add 40%/50%+ in a day.

Just 2 weeks ago this was trading in the 1.4p's, no wonder the buyside limits have dropped, a very decent move looks on now from a very oversold position.
