When the tide turns here (as it will) the upside from current levels will be dynamic - as per previous posts the m/cap has fallen from £30m in August to the current £4.5m but on very low volume - the prudent will be buyers around current levels.

It does look like the market is starting to realise the remaining stones could fetch circa $10m+

One wonders if AP will do a media event to clarify aspects of the ongoing gem sales + more commentary on other aspects of the company.

The shares have been taken down from the .30p's on relatively low volume, it would not take much to move the price back up, the stock remain materially oversold on a technical basis also.

Look at it this way, Prelea (the CEO) has stated that he expects the diamonds to either repay debt or a material part of it, delivered via the recent Q&A RNS and last podcast, that means the remaining diamonds must have value in a range of $6m/$7m//$8m+

It is important to rely on official (and Nomad approved) company updates as opposed to bulletin board commentary.

Lots of scaremongers on here today, however, the official statements from the company remain in place, namely ......

The 'unsold stones will be marketed together with the as yet untendered stones, which together are expected to deliver the MAJORITY OF THE VALUE to shareholders'

'Whilst it is anticipated, assuming the right sales conditions, that diamond sales alone are able to generate the financial resources sufficient to repay the Company's outstanding debt, the Company has neither relied on this being the case nor notified the market of such'

Another X post from AAI CEO, just 30 mins ago - he means business - remember the sheriff started the 'attacks' on Hamak when the share price was around 4p - that site had at least 5 separate negative features on this company.

The class action against the dirty lie - spilling old criminal sheriff just from AAI shareholders alone will be 100m GBP in damages. If you add in the other likely 100+ UK companies we are talking about a 10 billion+ GBP legal class action.

We will take down not just the sheriff but everyone who has colluded with and supported his criminal actions. All UK regulators will shortly be notified and requested to conduct an immediate urgent investigation into the old sheriff and all his associates.

As posted a while ago a bunch of city spivs, the sheriff and his lackeys have made some of the most respected market 'names' look like a bunch of fools. Even as Dr Laffer was addressing investors in London a few weeks ago they were 'at work' on HAMA's share price, any CEO worth his salt would have retaliated however the complete silence is ongoing.

At some point the short positions have to close, the market cap sits at just £4.5m in August it sat at £30m, the stock is materially oversold on the RSI and a number of other indicators.

The share price has reached capitulation mode, the bounce will be disproportionate as a % move, it will come when least expected IMO.

To give an indication of how oversold the stock is the RSI is at a 5 year low and by some margin.

In respect of VAST, no-one knows the auction result, you may have also noticed that the AIM market has been dire over recent weeks and ALL minnows have been hit.

Someone has appeared on the other bulletin board suggesting a sale of the mine is being considered, who knows anything is possible especially in today's high gold price environment.

The statement yesterday (below) from AAI CEO could all so easily be applied here. Their shares were up 80% earlier today.

The obvious bear raid on AAI with illegal lies in the chat rooms, X, sheriff etc and massive short selling by market makers continues to disgust me. I wonder if anyone tried to buy in real volume where the real price would be and whether an historic Game Stop 2 record short squeeze would be on.

One thing everyone knows here is that when upside momentum arrives the moves are disproportionate compared to volume, the stock has been taken down from the 3p region on exceptionally low volume, just check the volume chart since October, the highest volume day being just 55m shares.

At some point sentiment in the sector will turn, the bears will be running for cover and good money will be made to the upside.

The sector is bombed out, the shrewd are almost certainly buying.

Something is brewing, the stock is materially oversold and will move up disproportionally, the drop from 1.2p/1.3p has been on low volume.

As ever silence from the company but does this mean corporate activity ongoing ?

Looking at the recent vote on funding and given the preamble from the BOD if the vote failed, one would assume those voting against what appeared to be death spiral finance and the subsequent share consolidation must have realised the company needed money to survive.

Clearly the company needs new direction and leadership team, the belated change of stance (should have been done years ago) to only concentrate on Parys Mountain was too late to save the current executives IMO.

If John Kearney/Energold want to restore value to their 22% and material stake they will have to be part of the deal, he could probably provide interim funding but would want to bring in new people for sure.

It has also been mooted on the other BB that AYM could be acquired, or even used as a vehicle for an IPO, so much could happen but as ever only time will tell. For those prepared to take risk the gains from current levels could be staggering if something remotely positive happens.

The warrants have an excise price of 12.5p and total just 2m, hardly dilutive are they !
