As with all these interviews they never to the crux of the matter and skirt around the edges, it's almost like the interviewer is afraid to upset these companies for fear they will be rejected in the future.

Dennan is a reasonable fellow but has been thrown in the hot seat by Parsons, who oddly remains totally silent both at AST and RGM so far. These guys seem to be ignoring the fact that the shareholder base has been financially wiped out mainly due to the behaviour of the Slovenian authorities.

The only 'hope' is either a favourable court result which would enable the project to move forward once again (or sold) or a claim for very significant compensation in the region of £40m-£60m as implied by Colin Hutchinson. It strikes me that the new 'management' seem to have no fight for Slovenia and are happy to discard it, in doing so wiping out historic shareholders hopes of recovery of value.

So far the market is hardly impressed by events and even Dennan is sitting on a loss having bought in at 5p, poor fellow, what about those who have averages of over £1.

My bet is management do not want prolonged litigation with the Government of Slovenia but prefer the easy story telling route by securing 2nd rate assets in a Third World country. A perfect AIM story tale offering punters blue sky and of course significant dilution in the process.

The only thing shareholders want is redress from the antics of the Slovenian authorities and the hope of a meaningful compensation award - nothing less in my view.

Someone has posted on AD@FN a Sharepr@phets report that suggests it was Edwards who is the conflicting party saying Candy was happy to refinance in part via a convertible bond.

I have not seen this report before as the it is behind a paywall.

So if it is Edwards causing the problem and not Candy then he 'only' holds 19% of the company, the report is quite lengthy and is worth a read, they suggest all is not lost and imply many twist and turns ahead, it was written around 1 month ago.

I think it was heavily oversold and looks great value, the sale of the copper project is worth .42p a share in vendor shares and the listing in the Singapore Exchange is still on, delayed but still on, BZT will then be able to sell the vendor shares as desired thus avoiding dilution.

Can see this returning to .20p region, higher still if the right news comes.

70m traded so far and interestingly 38m on the Nex Exchange, then add to the mix the 181m traded on April 1st - something is going on behind the scenes, these were .20p not so long ago.

If nothing else with Dennan (£100k invested at 5p a share) and Parsons there should be lots of news to propel the story, Castro & Buggenhagen were a complete failure.

The sub £3m m/cap and low share count (for now at least) gives some reasonable room for upside, we all know Parsons has ability, in the early days. to multi bag his companies, so all is not completely lost for shareholders with averages circa 20p-30p, with regret anyone far higher up have lost their shirts.

Such a shame greed has got into the way of a great gold mine recovery story which all shareholders should be sharing right now.
The conflicting party needs to be outed and their demands made clear to stakeholders.

Why the silence?

The deal needs explanation but some believe it is the cheapest way to secure the asset, namely convert the debt into equity which will wipe out existing Resource Mining Corporation (RMI) shareholders.

Increasing volume is interesting - always a positive sign.

If folks here really think £2 a share is possible why are you not buying heavily at current levels?

I will add tomorrow, there is a clear trend reversal going on, I bought these in 2018 around 9p and sold in the 20p's, once a uptrend starts it moves fast.

Bargain basement !

I think the rise has more legs, the shares have been sold down from the peak reached in mid December of 13.5p to the low on the 24th March of 3.5p, news is anticipated and the likelihood that the large seller has more or less cleared.

It only takes modest volume to move this, next week should be very interesting, 10p is a realistic short term target IMO.

Maybe the slicked hair gent at Proactive will ask Kaintz to explain his comment about Regency being above 3p in short time, a few weeks later he raises at .80p.

The silence on the BB from the large holders tells you all you need to know.

Looking good here, shares were trading at 13.5p in December.

Hard to buy any size as well, always a good sign.

The current market cap here is only circa £2.3m so NOTHING is priced in for a possible litigation award or some form of settlement with the Slovenian Government.

Colin Hutchinson the former CEO suggested the company had very strong grounds for a award and mentioned a high number in compensation, namely Euros 50m would be worth around 90p a share with the current share count.

So there we have it possible upside of 90p+ verses a 5p share price.

AST could easily be seeking £40m+ from the Slovenian Government, worth remembering that !

Remember this was trading at .60p in January, it is bargain basement right now.

I bought in because the share price has been depressed by Seritza selling down their large position however I saw an email reply from the CEO posted elsewhere suggesting they only had around 6m to go and that was around 6 weeks ago - also China is starting to slowly come out for business again.

From a technical perspective the shares are heavily oversold and a bounce to 10p+ is entirely possible without going anywhere near to overbought territory.

The CEO also implied he would update end of March in the same email, that has not happened so news must be coming soon.

I have learnt from historic trading you need to be in this early or it is to late to get in on news as the market shuts down online buying.

So a combination of factors make this a good entry point, the shares traded at 12p in December.

Bought in today, done very well here in the past, really hard to buy any today as well.

This moves really fast on modest volumes.

Interesting that IG are demanding a pretty high premium for stock right now.
.50p for a £3k buy
.55p for a £4k buy

Very little stock around, is news going to break ??

It is clear they have no qualms about dilution, none whatsoever, obviously the RGM bulletin boards are full of the bashing community, the new incumbents knew this, what they had to do from day 1 was silence the bashing community with appropriate action to demonstrate things had changed.

Yesterday shows that nothing has changed, why oh why was Scott Kaintz not removed with Bell when they had the chance, it is rather ironic the formally larger TR1 holders of Regency are now silent as lambs, they have been royally shafted the same as new entrants who bought in assuming the company had turned the corner.

I would like to know how yesterday's deal is supposed to have added value, a dormant project, they even talk about the tin shacks being blown around in storms, in the middle of PNG where very few AIM juniors have succeeded. I am all ears for explanations !

Today's deal is ridiculous, had they simply stuck with Mambare and moved on with the Peaker Power Plants existing shareholders would have had a chance to recover some of their investment, the likes of Kaintz are rainbow chasers (just like Bell)

So to be seen to do something they have diluted existing shareholders by over one third at the balmy price of .80p - what a complete joke.

The major shareholders here had a perfect chance to remove Kaintz and bring in a new and non controversial management team, instead they decided to keep Kaintz and bring in entities that have very tarnished reputations, to say the least.

Looking at this new 'project' it is been in a comatose state for an age on care and maintenance to boot, nothing exciting at all, a dormant project. It was valued in 2009 at a range A$200m to A$700m but the owners are valued at around £1.25m on the ASX.

I wonder what RMI will say tonight on the ASX, something along the lines that our debt has been bought by a lifestyle British management team and a load of mug investors who have been royally shafted against their will.
