Well I worked out if I was to sell enough shares at around 0.035 I'd be able to increase my holdings by about 60% without having to invest more ££...not too shabby really!

I re-read the RNS regarding the Open offer and it implies that you can sell some of your shares in order to purchase your allocated levels, however if you sell your entire holdings then your not entitled to the OO.

is my understanding correct?

At the bottom of the rns it states the deadline for the open offer shares is 21st may 11am prior to the meeting so i guess details should follow the next few days. I might have the funds to buy anymore by then but i worked out that if i sell enough shares to cover the cost of buying the new ones i can increase my holding by 50% without having to invest more money! So hope sp starts rising so i have to sells less to cover the cost lol.

I assume the Open offer will go ahead only after the EGM on the 21st pending its approval?

If so do we buy the shares through our brokers or somewhere else?

Just need to know where I need funds available in my stock account or normal bank account.

Could it al be that additional capital is not needed hence why the offer price is so low, they just needed to increase the shares issued substantially to allow him to increase his holdings significantly??

And the difference is this time its on an OO so allowing all holders to benefit from it.

As many people like myself and RKB think that the OO price of 0.125 is at a stupid level of discount and surely the demand of late they could have wanted to issue less shares at a much higher SP and gain far more capital and why would any company not want to.

Interesting I decided to have a look back at the SP prior to Antos buying 21% of the company and the price look to be trading at that level if not lower at times.

So I'm wondering if as we suspect Antos is coming on board (and RKB previous post did alude to that but not outright say it) that they have done a placing at the levels he recently bought at so he can either increase his holding back up to his previous levels or even higher. Which in my mind can't be anything but a positive move for us to RTO.

How's your MXO you have been ramping so much? Currently 22% down an no RNS..getting further away from your predicted 0.50 this week lol

I'd rather be here as there is a clear reason for the drop and I can seriously increase my holdings and instantly be in profit once I get them!

Not sure if this question has been asked. So with this open offer can you only purchase shares up to the number you held prior to the Ex-entitlement date?

So if I had 10m shares, I can only buy an additional 10m? I can't buy another 20m for example?

Coming from the guy who was shouting MXO was going to go above 0.5p and it is now still only at 0.4p....and as you mentioned to someone on MXO, if you sold out on here why are you bothering to post.

The funny thing Rich Boy, if you had waited and sold at say 0.06 you would have made more than an additional 30%(depending on your initial buy in of course) and if you had then bought back in at say 0.03 you would be up another 40% currently.

So if you just traded Bou more than rainbow chasing on MXO you would actually have been better off!

No reason for new shares to be awarded at a discount. It is clear that there is a demand for these shares and an new ones issued will be swallowed up quickly.

Math always makes sense, however I'd like to point out yours does not.

It is mathematically impossible to lose 300%. a 100% percent loss would mean the SP is 0 and SP's can't go into a negative value therefore your statement makes no sense...

Hopefully the lack of movement this morning is indicating that we have finally reached the bottom and once we have additional news, which reading RKB's posts is likely to happen, we should start marching back upwards.

We already had one article written stated that he had reduced his holding to 14% and was written that he had reduced his position. I emailed and correct them on this and they did issue a correction.

LSE hasn't got the correct year low. I bought in on the 25th March for 0.014 and I know it had dropped further than that.

I think we might start to see Increases after the long Easter weekend. But will be smaller after the last week of SP volatility.

Considering the recent rise we have had all the way from the low 0.01's I think a pullback from the recent highs of 0.062 was inevitable regardless of the RNS, but those clearly did cause the SP to fall far further than it should rightly have!

Slowlyslowly- if i were you i would ignore everything feather says. One day he says everyone agrees this will boom now then the next day asks if this share is over as there are no trades. Just look at his latest post about the after rns..that new one is no new information just stating we are becoming a cash shell from 12th april which we new on friday except the date.
