Also shows that you were ramping a share, whilst actually selling. Goes to show what kind of individual you are and why no one should every listen to what you say as its likely the complete opposite.

Says the one ramping MXO saying here comes 0.50 and it is still down at 0.31....

I'm confident after everything I have read that the RTO will take place and the SP will rise.

My only concern is what realistic SP can we expect? Say if we did RTO into Coeur Gold Holdings as is highly anticipated (but not guaranteed). Seeing numbers like 1p being thrown about would be amazing, but that means this company would be valued in excess of £100m which from looking at the company website that does seem a little stretched. I understand we add value through the RTO in all the cash saved from a standard IPO but does the assets Coeur have warrant £100m valuation?

If anyone can interpret the companies assets and potential value that would be awesome as I have got a clue!

What makes me laugh us that there are a number of people on twitter who believe its antos dumping his stock at close of play today!

It does mention that if you sell all your holding you are no longer entitled to it. It doesn't allude to what happens if you sell part of your holding to fund the oo offer.

How do you know he will be taken up all shares that PI's have not subscribed to? I hope your right but is this based on any evidence or just your opinion?

I think if Antos increases his holdings and we get an RNS to that affect it will push the SP up much higher as it shows he has faith in this succeeding.

Personally I would have expected any SP reaction would have already occurred when the OO was announced and so the current SP has already taken it into account.

That's fair enough to be honest, everyone has a limit as to how much they want/can invest. I spotted that sentence myself without being referred to it by anyone else as at the time I was potentially looking to sell some of my holdings in order to take advantage of the top up and so was concerned if my entitlement would reduce as a result.

Twosheds - have you found out if your still entitled to the OO?

That's odd as this line I've taken from the RNS suggests otherwise

"If you have sold or otherwise transferred all of your Ordinary Shares after the ex-entitlement Date, you are not entitled to participate in the Open Offer"

So you bought back in since you claimed that you sold out on the 1st May losing any entitlement to the OO?

I bet that it was because he voted against one of the resolutions last time which is why it failed(can't remember which one it was).

The fact that he has been specifically been mentioned is a sign to me that he is very much on board with the current BOD plans and I can only see it as a positive thing.

I agree that the oo is to help people maintain the current % holdings in the company however this only works if pi's have funds available. Im unlikely to have funds to take up my full offering so the only way to increase my number of shares is to sell a proportion to take up the offer. My overal % holding will drop yes but it will drop by much more if i were to not sell and not take the offer. I would rather not sell any and just buy in but its looking doutbful.
