Surely SS has seen something buying out Magellan for £12m (cash / shares). It's a significant purchase if he is not going to get return on investment. I do wonder what his end game plan is?. At the moment it is a rough and rocky road for who is invested. There has got to be a positive in buying the Magellan share and have strapped in to continue the rough ride. SS I do sincerely hope your plan comes together. ATB

Was expected to be honest. Don't think cash was ever going to be possible as a consideration. More dilution as volume of shares now exceeds 7b. Shame HH wasn't up and running and fully in production by end of 2019 as a bank loan may have been possible as we would never have produced enough revenue to pay the £3m in cash. The share volume will continue to increase as the YA debt reduces. Let's see how matters fair - eyes on HH and SS leadership. ATB

CaptainStanley - I said didn't meet market expectations hence the fall, irrespective of 8% or 50%. Yeah I get there is every chance but until we experience it the sp treads at these rates. I wasn't comparing BB and HH and I I stated both have not met market expectations - fact. Getting into the ifs and buts of both is different matter. Perhaps you read what is stated instead of trying to undermine.

A disappointing position on UKOG as we hit Xmas and shortly head into the new year. First BB and now HH that have both fell short of market expectations, had substantial amounts of money thrown at them and sp lingers below 1p. Doesn't matter how may barrels of oil you have taken out, means nothing considering current position. Investment wise this stock has been a challenge and as dilution continues to erode value and increase the volume of shares, I struggle to see how you get UKOG out of its current state. I do sincerely hope you get HH producing in excess of 1200bpd very quickly in new year or what some of these rampers are spouting may well be hit. Lets see what your made of in Q1 2020 and hope things start to get better here. All have a merry Xmas and fingers crossed to a very oily 2020, cheers.

If we see anything happen here now in 2019. So frustrating after again the prospect of something actually happening. Keeping the faith but this is a difficult one to call on expectations. Share price being the indicator and I was one who thought it would not fall again below 1p but proved wrong.

Let us know what's happening. We should have been well into testing by now with promises to have all into production by end of the year. We are at the 12th Dec and seen nothing on testing. Perhaps your waiting to see what party gets in after today and release a stoker of an RNS.......can always live in hope!!

Credibility in Sanderson has now hit rock bottom. This share price is never going to get out of this dire position. Not even a mention of this coming. I don't give a monkeys if the other, assuming Alba doesn't have the money. As stated in RNS plenty of cash in bank. FFS use it instead of continuing to increase the share volume week after week.

Any significance here from our oil experts. Fact 2500ft was sufficient, can we be comfortable what they were experiencing on route down was precisely what they wanted to see as they drilled into the sweet spot. If it wasn't guess they would have drilled full depth. Let's commence the flow test and seriously hope it blows the planned target out the ground !!!!

Trading is pretty poor today on something that has so much potential.

Pilot well produces better results than expected, SS has every confidence we are going to get the desired result, team will be steering the drill to the sweet spot and Portland and Kimmeridge into production by end 2019. Brilliant progress. Mmmmm, beginning to smell billions of barrels of oil..........eyes peeled!!

This has been like watching paint dry for about 18 months now. IMO one of the walls is dry, 3 more to go and think in next two weeks we may have 4 dry walls and things can move forward. AIMO of course but wow this has been a painful patient stretch. SS time to bring the bacon home for LTHs who have had confidence in you to do so. I trust you won't disappoint !!

I hope SS communicates at appropriate stages during the 60 days and when heading into production for the year end. Too much radio silence on past encounters so let's see. I likes the the use of 'significantly' in the update. Expectations being set and I would like to think there will be no disappointment. ATB, another inch forward to Ukog becoming a success story.
