It is not only the dealing costs you consider when dealing with usa shares.
In our case it is going to be one or two times dealings so it is hardly relevant a few pounds difference.
The crucial cost in foreign exchange conversions to consider here and iweb for example costs you 1.5% on buying and purchasing which is the highest in brokerage terms!

Regarding foreign accounts....just be careful which brokers you are using when dealing with shares listed in usa. HL charges you horrendous fees if you are dealing with less than £100k in addition to large exchange rate.
Saxo and ii brokerages charges far far less.

Good opportunity for him to confirm that shareholders value is so important for the motif by “creating additional share value”...sounds optimistic and confident as he obviously has something very positive to announce soon .

Sp is showing strong consolidation today and has kept the 40+% rise in the last few few days after touching the low of the year/support level at around 2.20 p. Trading volume up and more buyers in. Almost all sells today’s trades are (A) indicates stop loss button pressed repeatedly and shorter are closing.
Over all the reverse of trend upwards in sp this week is very encouraging for more upwards moves in sp. Any positive news from now on will trigger a good spike in sp.

The real spike upwards of sp will take place once the fda accepts recent motif submissions.
The market will see Iclaprim is heading more likely than not for Approval.
For now the sp is underpinned by recent news, and undervalued for its massive potentials. Interested partners are there sitting on the table with motif bod imo. More positive news soon I expect to keep sp moving north.

It is all about Barrick acquisition of ACA or rather robbing ACA minority shareholders from thriving Gold mine company to serve Barrick ailing growth and sp. GOT is colluding with Barrick for political gains.
Aca if continues with Arbitration threat ...we will get a far better offer from Barrick or GOT getting back to the table before risking International Arbitration defeats. They can carry on with their pressure and blackmail but ACA has the winning cards in hand.
All dirty politics in play and MB is heading it but will succeed to acquire ACA ultimately but at a much higher price. Otherwise his reputation is in tatters as a new ceo .

I respect your views but in reality all these small developing bio pharma would never exist if they believe in such conspiracy theory and vultures/ sharks waiting to swallow them on their falls or weakness,
They work and support each other to make a new drug for everyone benefit and encourage small bio pharma to do the tedious jobs for them and become partners or acquire them to make the whole industry a success. Almost all CEOs of these small companies have strong connections and worked with bigger brothers before .The whole industry will collapse if all turned out to be vultures killing these poor small companies and steal their Products in such deceptive way!

Any way we both holders here and our aims aligned to the success of our motif investment.

The average cost to develop a new drug to the point of getting it approved is over a $1B but the average costs of clinical trials for fda approval average $19 m.
Iclaprim is not a new drug discovery but an optimised analog of Commonly used oral AB Trimethoprim BUT in intravenous form for the current conditions listed by Motif for Antibiotics resistance bacteria that in dire needs. So logically for a partner/s or a bigger fish to swallow Motif or another source of funding to fund another trial which costs relatively (small sum )when you look at the massive rewards when Iclaprim gets approved. I imagine Motif already had a backing “all bases covered” before this last preparation and fda submission otherwise what is the point of doing this if they had no backing or interested third party. I think it looks all in order now for Motif-to proceed with Iclaprim trial after fda meeting .I see Motif prospects are more positive now and ultimately a winner in spite of all uncertainty and volatility at present .
Patience and strength of investor is required here.

Would be great if we end there +++ gains to give us here another booster tomorrow.

Sp now pointing marginally down....
It is going to be a lot of volatility here....mm play field...pump and dump...shorters..rampers ..derampers...etc , but ultimately thing looks more positive with a “clearer path”now but still quite a bit of uncertainty here.
Still high risk investment but I am holding firm with a bigger hope this will come out good in the end.
Next few days will be interesting...
