I think the oil might climb up again by the end of tonight session as the situation is looking more disruption uncertainty with no protection...

Basically he is trying to reassure the market and to keep their share of oil export.
Trump said today he does not want to go to war with Iran so left SA under the mercy of the Iranians drones and missiles like turkey shooting at will!! Very reassuring!!

Well..even if the Saudi restore 70% or (less or more)...the risks of more attacks have not been diminished and it could trigger far more oil spikes.
All about of more oil supplies disruptions uncertainty in that region where the adversaries managed to set the huge oil processing plants and fields ablaze..in a brazen attack.
Oil price is now underpinned by these events and hourly ,daily fluctuations not really important as the trends is upwards and bullish.

Wouldn’t worry...the oil is bullish but blips now and again is not important but an opportunity to buy more oilers..I just did ..added more pmo .

It is frightening to imagine a few drones are capable to hold the world at ransom!!
Very fragile and full of uncertainty the situation down there now!
Hence op will be supported at a higher level and ,with even a minor incident or further incident or inventories draws ...the op will rise disproportionately.
A lot of worries now and all shifted to lack of supplies.
SA assessment of the damages and how long will it take to repair it back to the original function before the attacks is most crucial determining factors in op at present.

The oil excitement is not over yet and another op leg up is expected.
Genl has risen well yesterday imv but was limited in comparison to the likes of pmo,enq,tlw for the obvious reasons of these are located in safer zones.
SA is investigating there oilfields attacks to be accurate at least in front of the West to find Iran is definitely the source of the attacks.

Trump cannot sit and just talk the talk but doesn’t walk the walk now and will have to confront the situation or capitulate and looks weak.
I think they will be planning together with other western power support ,regional allies including Israel to do a bigger military operation to weaken Iran and its regional influence and smash its military capabilities and militias on a bigger scale to re assert themselves in this vital region.
I see op will keep climbing in the coming days and weeks with a bit of hesitation now and again but oil is now very bullish.

The market is trying to limit the op perhaps letting the oil shorters to exit at low point ...well friends in times of needs ! We have to accept how the market works to keep it going and flourish..
I expect more upwards movement in OP towards the $70 again.
No one can hold op rising if the SA oilfields out put 5mb /d off line ..continue for weeks or more.

I did not like GKP last rns but liked G ones and far more certain growth opportunities here.

The factors of op to continue rising from here...
1.Of course the current SA oilfields attack and the uncertainty of how long this supply deficits would last.. if few days then op rise will be limited but if weeks according to uae officials then $10 is more likely to be achieved from today’s price.
2. The vulnerability of SA supplies is now certain by these attacks
3. The fears of more uncertainty and further attacks cannot be dismissed and more probable.
4. Opec and non opec are already restricting their supplies quotas and want higher oil price and they have every reason to keep op up.
5. SA seems in no hurry to reassure the market of how long to return to normal supplies and I think they will play this to jitter the market for a higher op that they desperately needs..we cannot blame them either as they and others suffered from this prolonged low op.
6. China,usa trade deal is a must as every party needs it to grow their economy.
7.Rig counts is heading down for long periods now
8.inventories draws are very big for the last two weeks and no sign of improvement.
9.decreasing shale production or not able to increase the predicted growth.
10. The current anomaly of keeping the op down by market manipulation and the complacency of a peaceful solution to Iran problem imminently was misleading to push the price down.
11. All will result in turning the table upside down on shorters that will result in opposite exaggerated upwards movement of op.
12. Oil demands and recession fears or slow growth are all temporary assumptions because of china,usa trade deal issues.
I think the most beneficial rise in op will go to the safest companies oil producers such us PMO,Enq,TLW and in areas outside the danger current zone. Genl and GKP will benefit but to a lesser degree.

I do not agree that op will rise as a blip then return to its normal downturn but the opposite is true imo.
The best is to invest in the safest oil producers regions now if you believe in oil rising.

Selling G tomorrow to shuffle your bets is not a bad idea if you achieve a good price ,though I am staying put for now as I have all the above in my portfolio with good spreads.
