I am very interested .. Anyone in the know here to enlighten the group..as per rebarm post..

Our angers should be directed mainly at motif bod .
I suggest to think about how we ended here based on many misleading statements and false hopes by GL since Feb.
Let’s wait ...but if motif goes bust then we need to discuss if we have a redress and legal ground to complain.
Scott posts here are very excessive and can be annoying....yes but he is in the same boat as us....losers we are all in here..
Scott is not the culprit or the cause of motif failure.
As this bb is still here ,Can someone tell us what redress we have if any in a bust scenario...objective posts only please?

Jimjam...I am holding metro for recovery unless a bid takes place which I believe it will have to happen. The negatives and chaos , uncertainty, this week results low expectations with large shorters holdings ,are all priced in the current sp...
Sp after results should climb ,on good news towards £3 initial then much further later on but on no such good news then it might-go slightly down initially but will climb up gradually with bidders are circulating in either scenario ..
I think Metro now is a win win imo..
Current daily fluctuations are irrelevant at present until the results in a few days time..
It cannot or allowed to fail!

Current sp is strong and shorters struggles to bring it down to its year low had failed..
No negatives are left for the sp to go down. Next week are hoped to be not good by the shorters and MMs are in a limbo but playing it safe and this is also reflected in the current pricing of the sp..
Even a slight hint of positive news in next week update results will race this sp towards £3..otherwise we will gradually go up unless a bid comes through which I believe is happening..
Do not despair and all is good with Metro..

Really indv should not be considered with others in this but obviously doj decided to indicting with others on wrong facts. All their allegations occured when indv was RB subsidy and the latter already reached settlement with the doj.
The worse scenario would be a settlement hopefully below 500m or a dismissal.
The denial and rebuke by indv indicates they must have a good reason to do this otherwise they would admit any fault for a lesser penalty.
Doj wants 3b and the company to surrender all its assets too....it is unbelievable how blatent this to steal a company for a free...it would not happen imo.

Motif is up 18%..!

Absolutely sill price now and even more so after the RNS today of doubling 2019 profits upgrades .
THE HAVE OVER $1b cash at end Q3....
Even if doj fines them or settle for $1b ..the share is still a bargain !

Indv here is a win win investment with sp below 50p..
Dismissal means huge uplift in sp..
Settlement means big uplift in sp too as It doesn’t make sense for doj to impose a big penalty on a relatively small company trying to help opiates addiction in the usa and not long ago the USA government agencies awarded them grants to advance their research and progress in fighting addiction..
Current market is pricing Indv sp in the very worse scenario of over a billion fine!!

This wouldn’t surprise me as not long ago the KRG put economic blockades against the kurds autonomous region in the north and easy Syria.
KRG is in alliance with Turkey economically including oil export to Turkey.
I think KRG would support Turkey in this war to cement its relations with Turkey and may need Turkey to protect them from enemies within or outside the Kurdistan region..

Thank you for posting and this might end the way you are predicting as the current sp is priced by the market to fail..
but can you explain why motif is spending times and efforts towards meeting the fda and then agrees for pathway forward and telling shareholders that they are looking for partners then agreed with their lender on future terms and warrant at 5p.etc..etc.
Do you think it is all to manipulate us shareholders and for what purpose ? They could have announced a winding down motif earlier without all this!
Why motif keep us hanging in hopes as there is no money left in the kitty to pay them either?
Why do you think no partner would be interested to carry the last single trial as required by the fda to get Iclaprim approval on the cheap?and reap the big benefits.

Motif survival and investors confidence would be returned by ceo resignation immediately on the announcement of any possible financial rescue deal.
GL imo is not fit for purpose and his greed has been beyond belief . I have zero confidence in him leading us to any forwards path.
I hope a deal will be there with a new management and the removal of the ceo..
We need Iclaprim to succeed not only for our sake but also for the public needs of a new antibiotic.
