Genl sp must be above 115p to make little profit! The higher the better of course..below 115 then I will start counting loss..

Genl had value then but now that value has been eroded by lower production and lower profits as per last RNS...facts...
Then what you and me understand of valuations of any share may be very different..
Market valuations are very relevant and in my view considering the unresolved risks In that region that is hampering payment and monetisation of Genl rich assets that cut deeply into the valuations of Genl.. look at oil price now which is near its high of the year and look at the sp..

For me valuation of any company value is not the numbers on its current balance sheet or the limited measure of intrinsic value..as these can be very misleading and led many investors to lose money.
The real value of a company is by how much its future stable revenue and net profits and reflecting in management of its debts if any and related costs...and if you apply this to Genl, Gkp, or DNO then you conclude that their valuations in may look in doubt.
It doesn’t matter how much you have under the soil if you are not able to monetise this assets or even worse incurred all the cost to extract it then not getting paid for it properly...

If you look at other shares with high market valuations reflecting in SP ..some made no profits at all in the last few years but the market valuations are high due to their future revenue and profits expected....so valuations are the future prospects and not the necessary the numbers or high dividends you see ...
Genl is one share I am attached too but I increasingly getting frustrated of their dealings with corrupt third party in the most corrupt country.....I concluded that you cannot do a stable business and flourish within these regions..Simply better to avoid in the future..

I will probably switch into another oil company nearer the great homeland.....Great Britain..
Genl share will probably bounce back giving me an opportunity to unload..

The main issue is here and now ...and to cut it short it wouldn’t be in my interest to tell you the negatives I felt since the last RNS and that I would be selling soon as I want to sell at highest possible price but I am always transparent and honest in posting my views here and in other bb ,even if it’s painful to me as I always like Genl and still have around 90k Shares after selling nearly equal to this in the last couple of months but I cannot see or wait for years staying in uncertainty while there are imo better certainty and safer shores to invest in and far more stable regions. Plenty of bargains around in the same sector and others in this current market and while it lasts..
Well I wish you and others good luck but Genl will be for me a distant memory because of the geopolitical ever lasting instability...and my hopes are being dashed after even the new PM turned his back on the krg though I was hoping the opposite might take place and ultimately reflecting on Genl to prosper.
FYI I made far more gains on Gkp than Genl in a matter of a few months there but sold all recently..

It is well known facts that the Iraqi government has accused KRG of stealing oil since 2014.
And this ongoing dispute has continued since . KRG initially welcomed the new PM selection Alkhadimi as they thought he may help them but now it seems he turned his back on them too.
KRG is a corrupt government and doing business is like having agreement with a thief...
Gkp collapsed in 2015 and shareholders were diluted to 99% of their holdings due main to non payment by the krg and other issues...
Genl is a great company and has big potential but not in Kurdistan unless the Krg stop their corruption and related Mafias ,which is an impossible task....I will be out starting next week and as I said when the cat bounce and I hope it will next week..

Has Antibody test which needed now as it’s showing if we have Antibody then even if we catch Covid19 it would be most likely asymptomatic ...then add to this the current mologics tests..
