RE: Anatomy of value destruction6 Sep 2020 11:02
I feel all these negative speculations by mainly none holders are nonsense and imo there is no better time than now to buy the bashed oil stocks. The oil market and prices are currently manipulated big time as the logics and reality on the ground are not connecting with the current state of affairs. For several weeks we have been having increasing inventory draws, destruction of investment in oil industry is obvious, increasing world population , coronavirus lowering demands are more like hypes than facts as we see from continued inventory draws and add to this 2m barrel daily out by the usa a lone..etc Then add to this governments are throwing billions more cash to get out of the present deep economic slowdown and recession to grow the economy and increasing employment and increasing industry productivity...more oil will be needed for all this..
But hedge funds , politics and false rumours and speculations are louder than ever to keep push oil price down but how long can they keep this on? I don’t think that long and once we have positive news about coronavirus vaccine availability which is by the way already there by Russia and confirming its success by the world renowned medical journal The Lancet..
Turning to current PMO sp which has been bashed down as if the company is going but....what a stupid notion!
The Bp deal imo is a good deal for pmo to expand and grow but the current oil price made it look a bad one and this is only a temporary issue as I see it. Then try to compare the pmo sp to other oilers ,even the much bigger ones like Bp sp now 257p which has lost half of its high point this year and so is Shell and both of these big ones have tens of billions £ debts but no one says they will be going bust...and in fact every analyst brokerage are recommending them as a buy.
Well guys...pmo sp doesn’t reflect its real value or its future growth prospects...its debts is well managed and no fear of this at all but if you think otherwise then you need to read more on oil industry with its debts and how they are financing these debts..
I am now holding strong pmo Shares and confident that this sp is an opportunity to add....of course just imo.
As always dyor
