I am writing this email to raise my deep concerns of why are we not using UK made our own lateral Flow Testing kits which have already obtained CE approval for long while now but are delayed of being approved by the UK regulatory Authorities with imposing more additional testing requirements for these British companies but at the same time and since the Pandemic began the government continued to contract mainly Chinese made lateral flow testing kits with no such additional testing requirements imposed on the British companies currently, spending hundreds of millions and depriving our companies of winning these contracts to help our homegrown industries and creat more jobs in uk .
The government needs to reconsider and looks deeper into this and treat our companies fairly while these companies are able to produce and manufacture similar or better kits rather than keep on awarding hundreds of millions worth of kits imported from outside…
The British government surely must give priority to our industries in UK to help our economy,creating jobs and support our science and biopharmas in UK.

Please raise our concerns adding to the current media news raising the same issues..with the appropriate government bodies to reconsider .

Omega submitted all documentation ahead of the published deadlines and paid the necessary fee, however, in line with the vast majority of available tests on the market Omega's existing LFT has yet to be approved under CTDA.”

RNS..10/12/2021..” Omega has received confirmation from the DHSC that they acknowledge that the contract expired on 1 October 2021 and a request that Omega submit a proposal for the repayment of the pre-production payment of £2.5m (net of VAT).”

We want odx to tell shareholders if our lft are still under consideration in uk or odx has in fact omitted to tell us that they have failed to be approved in UK and that is why the DHSC has asked for their money back.

We want the truth now…and I really hope CK will come out tomorrow with an RNS to give us the answer….
