Delisting or not is not relevant at this stage as EVR is suspended and sanctioned but no one can take away our part ownerships of the company with other big shareholders and institutions…
Just hang on there and it will sort itself once all geopolitics are sorted…
I am sure we will have RNS very soon to give us more of our new destiny here …
It’s not all lost but stored for the future..
Russia will not nationalise it to dent it future investments!
There is no more damage the uk government can inflict on EVR…
This is a big profitable company with over £ 13b yearly revenues with over 71k employees…
People pension at stake here and big people and institutions will be fighting this …they are not going to swallow this bitter pill…

You can’t deal with it directly or indirectly wherever it’s listed if you are a UK citizen ,even if you are non resident in UK,otherwise it’s a criminal offence…
This applies to all sanctioned companies by UK government….
You can google it and find lots of info…

The reality is we the UK citizens are affected mainly ….well done uk government!!
The company majority shareholders are foreigners ,so they have no issue once EVR delist here and re list somewhere else friendly to Russia.
We still can’t deal or benefit from it as uk citizens as long as tge sanctions are in place but our ownerships are preserved as we still own part of the company…though non uk citizens can !

EVR is a huge company and of course will survive and not going to fold by these flimsy excuses uk government sanctions and basically it shot their citizens in the foot…

Also these sanctions are not UN or international sanctions either, so it can be lifted easily by uk i government once the hostilities between Ukraine and Russia stops and peaceful resolution has taken place or by Putin removal!

So in summary this huge company with the majority shareholders and insiders with over 71k employees are not uk citizens ,will survive and flourish in spite of these politically motivated sanctions by unpopular government..
Hundreds of companies are currently sanctioned and all are surviving and trading…
Basically our investments has been frozen as uk citizens only ….great decision by a clown…!
We just have to be patient and wait with other big shareholders…

Can anyone name one sanctioned company affiliated to Russia has gone bust and shareholders lost all their money??
None so far..
A proper outcome will be coming as there are far bigger people and institutions are involved in EVR…
Yes we can’t buy or sell but we have lost nothing yet…..
