We did it in Hurricane last year and won big….and proved the BOD and creditors were wrong.

Yes I was and lost a small fortune here …
Shareholders need to get together and take legal advice as I don’t think POG BoD and tge administrators they appointed did their due diligence to protect the shareholders and the company itself . They were paid £35m for shafting us and enrich themselves…

I read the different views here but unfortunately the Russian shareholders have positioned themselves in more constructive way to challenge the administration process and BOD collusion with them to ditch the shareholders and protect themselves in the name of best solution to creditors but the BOD have failed to fulfil their duties towards the shareholders. When you read the judgment the administrators did not give time to apply for special license from the government to allow POG to sort it out and BOD did nothing to follow it through. It’s obvious to me that this was a done deal well before the suspension.
The administrators and BOD have failed to seek possible alternatives to save the company and all stakeholders including us.
We need advice from corporate lawyers if we are serious about challenging this process and judgment.

They all seemed in a hurry to get it done before any hints of reaching peaceful settlement between Russia and Ukraine which maybe near as both parties are exhausted and must settle before winter when all Europeans countries would suffer economic disaster due to energy prices that can’t be sustainable for much longer…
It’s quite obvious and blo@dy disgusting conspiracy to steel the company from the shareholders…to make a killing for themselves..
POG enterprise value is much bigger than their debt, with the huge increasing revenues and profits with near 8000 employees can’t just be gone like the way it is now….just making no sense.

To me it seems all this has been already cooked before suspension and the shareholders will be left with nothing…
Let’s see how the court and judge serve justice tomorrow..

The test in court would be if the government decision has caused harm to its own people but not Russia…it’s irrelevant of when you and others bought…
It’s negligent of the government to harm its own citizens…
It’s ridiculous to think that these sanctions are helping Ukraine or UK …
Russia is now in a better shape economically than any other country fighting it…so how the uk sanctions had helped?? This government is inept and that’s why we are facing so much difficulties in every way…

..to have a shot here is to get a legal advice from corporate lawyer and take action against the government decisions which had caused detrimental hardship to the shareholders in uk and to prove that decision by the government was wrong of what it was intended for…
Then go from there and ask for compensation…
