Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
We will have three days since last Friday for GR to produce more good grades spodumene and rectifying some issues by the expert onsite..and he said we are producing more (this week coming). Let’s hope for a positive RNS tomorrow or this week to get the sp going…
The Q&A was frank and detailed by removing all speculation and some positives are there if you care to listen.
Any dip to sp would be limited as these issue are already priced in..
Ridiculous to think the sp would sink to .15p for the derampers to trade in…
Holding strong and feeling better after tge Q&A session. Let’s remember GR has north of £8m invested in Prem too..

ACKER…I believe GR would announce production before the AGM as he hinted in the video the plant was producing and with a good grades but didn’t say how much but imo the quantity at this stage wouldn’t matter but confident in the plant capability does…
Let’s hope this with an RNS before 8/4..
GR…needs to show the mill is producing the correct grades ,no matter how much the plant is producing at this stage to regain some credibility and trust. ..and perhaps we get the outside financing support to stop another diluted placement discount..
I watched all the video and not disappointed but believe GR will use the 4.5b sooner that later..
Outside financial support is not coming soon enough to help moving forwards before production.
Things causing delays are attended to but needed time so he has to do the placings after the AGM…
We will be there but with a lot of patience..but also don’t seem far away from here..and let’s hope Canmax continues to support us..
GL
RNS can only be issued during business week …0700-18.30 hrs
If market sensitive news released without RNS it will be considered inside dealing and manipulation of sp and definitely falls within market abuse and GR will land himself in a bigger jar of pickle!
I think too many people here expect GR to do just that which is unrealistic..
GR is having this Q&A as a confidence boost to assure shareholders that things are not as bad as many thinks here. Probably he reads all our posts here..
He can tell us the grades ,the plant is working none stop and producing to ship over to Canmax. He may explain further on financial situation too and his relationship with Canmax. Nothing else imo.
No concerns from me at the current risk/rewards scenario…
Prem is too big now to fail but not GR who will leave though not immediately or through the wild imaginations by a few amateurs here who think they can call an EGM to oust him without the support from Canmax…or by voting No (which only put your investment in jeopardy but not Prem) …it’s hilarious.

whywastetime and luthee are one person using different usernames scamming several bb ..
you and all of us aware of the risks here and have been highlighted on hundreds of posts but you don’t need to remind anyone here….and projecting yourself as a smart ****.
the sp is low as a reflection of the risks here …everyone knows this and no one needs your reminder!
if you have concerns then sell and fu#k off rather than spouting none-sense with silly drawings .
i don’t at this juncture and holding huge numbers with confidence prem will achieve what it planned to. if you don’t then sell and buy other none aims shares….all aims shares are high risk.
If Canmax votes against the 4.5b resolution then GR and Prem will be in big trouble unless Canmax t/o Prem for peanuts…
Without Canmax we can’t pass this resolution…
Let’s see if GR is able to produce SC6 to Canmax in the quantities they accept and very very soon!
ACKER..
You are fretting on nothing..
As mentioned before Canmax and insiders hold over 40% of votes and only required 35% of retail investors out of 60% remaining to vote Yes..is this clearer? And then the resolutions will pass.
ACKER…
AGM votes are counted on the people who voted..For or Against or Abstain.
Shareholders who don’t choose to vote the broker may vote on their behalf( uninstructed vote) and usually For the resolution.
Not every shareholder is obliged to vote. Many choose to ignore voting for one reason or another. This category of shareholders are not taken into account..
