As I suggested earlier the tweet has caught them mid negotiations. The "pending relationship clarification" is just a way of suggesting that they will RNS an update to add detail to the current relationship. It was a pretty pointless RNS but obvious EUA are being very cautious about what they can and can't say. Still have to wait until the waters are clear and we get clarity on where negotiations are at. Michael has shouted about the negotiations and therefore had to suspend as info was not public knowledge. Maybe an RNS tomorrow morning outlining what the current situation is but still positive as negotiation discussions are still ongoing.

No Greene King wasn't suspended either until the shareholders voted on the offer. I imagine the reason for suspending is more complicated than an offer for the company. They will have probably been caught mid way through a bidding war and info leaked eg the Tweet from Michael meaning they had to suspend until they could update the market with a confirmed offer signed on the dotted line. That would make sense if the Nomad will be releasing news today. Think about it if the deal was made in Indaba last week it doesn't give them much time to sort out the legalities. All speculation of course we wait with rum in hand for a positive outcome.

That’s all that needs to be said. Very simple but few can do it through fear and poor research. If the sale progresses as the company has been suggesting, this still has many multiples to go. Just look at the assets and current prices, no brainer. Get your partner to change your account password for a month ... you will thank me later.

Seems like sp dragged down to fill that big buy order .... wish they did that for me! Anyway WTFDIK what we can be sure of is big players are still positioning themselves. Still all to play for on the this treasure adventure.

Surprised not to see an RNS this morning commenting on Michael's tweet. EUA obviously don't want to comment. If it was a lie EUA would just RNS that straight away so I await the market to be updated by proper formal channels. Who knows could be getting permission from the parties interested to name them in an RNS, all we can do is speculate, wait and get the popcorn out.

Looks like an RNS tomorrow morning to be expected confirming a letter of engagement. Either way I’m still holding for the sale it just pushes the SP higher and increases the odds of a decent price. The BOD won’t be selling cheaply as they have the means to take the company forward without a sale. Going to be one hell of a week!
