I stopped trying to work out AIM a few years ago , its definitely Alternative in many ways especially in SP falling due to positive news but thats AIM for you and if you ever manages to understand why please let me know , I just ignore the quirky behaviour of this market and patiently wait for Zanaga and HZM another AIM company ive backed to make Harry a happy chap.
Candid , you got it spot on , there could be a complete and utter bun fight over Nickle supply for the growing EV market soon , Indonesia's actions might be a wake up call which might shine a light on HZM.
seasonal greetings and GLA
Well , been here a while and hope to eventually reap the rewards for my patience.
Share price disappointing at the moment but thats Aim and junior mining.
My default view is this it will bought out at some point probably by the Chinese no matter what the BOD do or dont do .
Sit back and hopefully live long enough to enjoy the end result.
Seasonal greetings and GLA
Interesting article about other possible EV battery technology recently .
Lions share of my PF is in HZM time will tell if ive backed a VHS or Betamax !

Ive been here a while and the Sp has been up and down like a frog in a pump !
If I had the nerve I would have traded these but knowing my luck I would miss the boat if things ever took off and what a stomach churning feeling that would be !
Hopefully investors are waking up and smelling the coffee so to speak of the potential of this company . GLA
This is Aim so wouldn't read anything into it myself but hell fire what do i know !, The sold amount is negligible in the scale of things If everybody and their dog where selling I might wonder what was happening but my experiences of Aim over the years see's no rhyme or reason quite a bit of the time for the fluctuating sp and amount of trades as recently discussed on another Aim board theres nothing like good news to send the share price heading South , see what comes in after hours , as a longterm holder and private investor I would welcome anybody who could actually explain the peculiar twists and turns of Aim which in my experience is completely Alternative. GLA DYOR have a good weekend
I have tried to work out Aim for a few years now but none the wiser , good news seems to send the share price down a lot of the time and it used to frustrate me greatly until I realized that the sp on Aim can be very volatile at the best of times for no particular reason its more Alternative than I ever thought ! As a private investor and longterm holder in this company I just have to remind myself of the reasons I invested here , take a chill pill and hold hard for hopefully a nice R0I at some point , I did buy a few more this week but not at the bottom of the dips unfortunately but hey ho thats life , I'm hoping to buy a few more if the price stays sub 4p. GLA
Just watched an interesting piece on the TV Programme Fifth Gear they did a piece on Ev and hybrid cars filmed in South Korea . I personally wouldn't think about buying an electric car yet due to range anxiety problems but a hybrid car I must confess is starting to look an attractive step forward , these obviously use some batteries which will need raw materials . I'm a longterm holder in this company and did add a few more recently and hope to add again before the sp will hopefully gain momentum in an upward direction , I'm no fund manager but after the recent BBC panorama programme I feel my simple approach to choice of the company's I invest in might see me ok eventually , Ev and hybrid cars are being sold and will be sold in greater numbers they will all need batteries how long before this resource is fully taken advantage of one way or another? The only sure bet as I see it is that it wont be left in the ground.

I'm here for the longterm so fluctuating sp is not really a major concern.
I still feel that 25M is a good lump of money and this mornings RNS is another positive step forward , time will tell if ive backed a good horse or a 3 legged donkey.
Thank you for everyone that brings something to this board but perhaps we could have a separate branch off board for the " I told you so posters " Dyor . GLA
I am sorry if you think I'm gloating about not buying into Metro that was not my intention and I apologise to anyone who's taken it that way , I know about having my fingers burnt and the sinking feeling when a share price is on the slippery slope but it is only a loss if you sell or the company folds . I do invest or gamble more in riskier stock with shares in Horizonte mineral and Zioc both Aim , one is nicely up at the moment the other nicely down. I genuinely hope that Metro share price recovers and the £10 a share banded about on this board by some becomes a reality .
GLA
Been wanting to buy for a while but haven't yet thankfully, the share price has been heading South for a while with the odd upturn which never seems to have lasted , the information from Metro themselves imho hasn't been confidence building for me to actually part with my money which is a shame as I do actually feel Metro bank could have a good future and give a good ROI , also Brexit investment jitters , Thomas cook's collapse and the memory of Northern Rock has persuaded me to hold fire , maybe something I will regret or be thankful for.
GLA that are already in
Labour pledging to invest in EV and wind farms , climate change starting to thankfully get more attention , I cant see this resource left in the ground its just a question of when and how.
I'm holding on to my shares like a fat boy on a Smartie.

I was tempted to sell yesterday and buy back in to after the suspected drop if there was no hard news( Zioc rollercoaster ), but the realisation that if hard hard news did come and I was out waiting to buy back in I would be crying in my cornflakes every morning for a while!
Rampers , derampers , day traders etc all have an agenda where as im a longterm private investor who's happy to sit and wait and ignore the bun fight around me.
This has made me chuckle today but hasn't been much of a surprise really the Zioc rollercoaster yet again , Tomspinner has hit the nail on the head RNS needed and hopefully this will fly as just the rumours of port news etc brings big gains but obviously big drops when nothing solid to back up the rumours/ wishful speculation, ive held a few years and will continue to hold hard and hope to live long enough to enjoy any gains if things ever get sorted.
GLA
Held these for a few years nearly at breakeven with my average of 14p but it's a rollercoaster with either good or bad news sending the share price rocketing either up or down but I invested with a long term view that this has a reasonable chance of a good return if all goes well but if and when is anybody's guess , positive port news would be nice but if no news I suspect I will buckle up ready for the share price plummet which appears to be the Zioc way , rollercoaster.
Gla
I have held these for a few years and it's been a bit of a rollercoaster share price wise , July thing's seemed to be getting back on track but since then the price has slowly headed south , any thought about the future number of brokers peg it as overweight .
Harry
Have a great weekend everyone , bought a few more this morning , dont think my date for tonight fully understood my romantic suggestion of dining alfresco tonight, that's a bag of chips and 4 cans of happy shopper larger due to this mornings buying. GLA
I have held these for a while and currently up which makes a change.
A wise man told me investment in stock markets is gambling plain and simple, the way share prices react to either good or bad news these days is like a rollercoaster and so volatile. I see Orions 25m as a positive step forward but still a long way to go before actual mining starts, Orions 25m has improved the recent share price and has improved my optimism that I have a chance of a reasonable return at some point in the future, they are more in the know about the future of this company than any private investors like little old me and backing up their opinion to the tune of 25m , slowly slowly catchy Monkey
GLA
I have been holding these for a couple of years and still hope for a reasonable return at some point in time but holding as a long term investment is still my goal . I have appreciated others contributing either positive or negative but it's my money to punt and I do my own research , i also find it tiresome when posters get to name calling each other , can we stick to the matter we are all here for investment , think most people can make up their own minds and do their own research.
I do feel one point is over looked electric vehicles seem to slowly being sold in greater numbers but still a long way to go on the sales front before they overtake combustion engines,.
obviously the demand for the raw materials will rise as well inline with production of Electric vehicles but how many other applications are batteries being used for these days ? How much will this effect demand for raw materials ?
Good luck to everyone .
