I cannot find anything in the Canadian share governance that forbids a restriction of 2 weeks for directors share trades before significant news. Where did you get your info from?

Cannot buy any on IG now.

Since 20th Sept. Tezlaff has gone fro holding 1,000,000 to1,727,125
Since 25th Sept Mark O’Dea has gone from 1,300,000 to 3,448,800
Since 28th Labrenz has gone from. 2,250,000 to 1,600,000
Hardly anything to worry about seeing as most of trades were warrants.

Where can I find the list of additions to MVIS?

Yes I would think so as the 25th July is the date Leisure Centres can open. Their web page hasn’t been updated yet.

I sold 50000 for 14p. Beware that sea of blue is not all it seems because a lot of those large trades of 14 are sells. They did this a couple of days ago to mask a large sell trade then dropped the price when completed.

I contacted LSE regarding missing RNS which happens frequently and this was their helpful reply.

Hi Harry,

We're quite close to using a newly built system to handle the RNS releases which should hopefully be in place by the end of the month. We've had it in testing and it's not missing RNS releases as the current system sometimes does.

Moscow exchange will start trading POG at same time as opening in London on Thursday morning. Moscow is 2 hrs ahead but their exchange opens at 10.00am. Should be a good day for POG holders.

I think you have got that wrong it states no underneath the question Ban on short selling.

Johnht has been on Merc website claiming they have a stake in Avacta which is false information. He is not a reliable guy to take any notice of.

You are not making sense IP sold out of Avacta completely the day before a large increase in Avacta share price. Therefore you cannot state that Merc have any connection to Avacta.

Are you sure Avct are in their portfolio because there is no mention of it in the list of Invested companies.

I am not trying to misguide anyone but hope to make them aware of a probability of the cost to all other shareholders at the expense of those lucky enough to get some for 18p.
I have done the maths for you if you don’t understand or think my adding up is wrong then perhaps it would be better to try and make your money elsewhere.

Please explain your reasoning behind that statement.

Wether they sell their 18p shares or not if the price closes at 66p today your share will be worth 59p tomorrow. That is only important to traders and not if you are in for the longer haul. From tomorrow all shares have equal rights whether you paid 66p or18p. The lucky ones obviously are the ones who got theirs at a bargain price at the expense of the general public.

Despite posters saying that the market has taken account of the 32 million new shares that come to the market tomorrow I do not believe that to be the case. I have invested in Aim shares for many years and the day of the new issue the price of the share is adjusted.
If you take the current situation of a price of 66p then the company is valued at 116.16 million pounds and when the 32 million new shares at 18 p are added the company will be worth122.92 million. However now the company has 208 million shares which gives a value per share of 59p. It is irrelevant if the buyers at 18p sell their shares or not.
I have held shares with this with this company for a long time and intend holding because the massive rewards are coming soon but the new share issue will have a short term impact unless further good news is announced.
