Just out of interest, I ordered a set of CMH Kettle Bells last week, mainly out of curiosity.

I have to say, the whole process was seamless, and the product itself is well finished and of excellent quality.

They should do very well out of the venture.

An Algorithm wouldn't over shoot the price, unless it was tailored to do so.

If there was no interest out there, the stock wouldn't be trading at £2.20 right on the Dbay bid price either.

There are clearly institutional Funds at play here, taking the view that a higher bid may be tabled from elsewhere.

It looks as if the Arbitrage Hedge Funds are having a go, looking at the Share Price action.

Heads you win, Tails you get 220.

It's infuriating.

Dbay are sat there with a stranglehold on the situation, trying to pick up a World class asset on the cheap, whilst telling Shareholders that they're doing us all a favour!!

I don't need Dbay to cash in my chips, I simply press sell on my laptop.

Dbay want this Gem of a company, because in a year's time it'll be worth double what it's valued at now!

Also, Retail sales figs out today - up 9.2 percent.

I've substantially increased my holding today, and will continue to do so.

The recovery in Retail is well under way now as the Lockdown unwinds.

This has been evident in many of the recent trading updates across the sector.

Opportunist bids for companies that have been hit by the pandemic, will become more expensive to complete. Shareholders will no longer be in a hurry to offload stakes, as the outlook becomes brighter.

However, in the case of FCCN there is a strong the opportunity to either tie up, or be absorbed by Digital Brand Specialists.

Either prospect could be transformational for the Brand.

Such a positive update.

Clearly the BOD are not hanging around waiting for things to happen.
Solid, proactive action to transform the Business.

This has all the Hallmarks of a stunning recovery play.

Still, it feels as if share price wise, we're seeing cuffs at 196 -205 as though they're being held in a steady range.

A little frustrating that they're being left out of a larger market upward trend.

We'll all be able to buy these as cheaply as Mr Potts and Edwards did shortly - probably from them.

Yes invested.

They have been selling the stock as documented. Regardless of Warrants or not, I stand by my view point that when investing you aim to maximise your returns.

On a simple basis of supply and demand, the stock has drifted lower because there are sellers of the stock around.

Many of the large block trades you refer to are more than likely worked orders over the day for the sellers.

Talk of Market Makers drifting prices down to let the Big Boys in? Really? The Big Boys are already in, and some of the Big Boys are sellers of the stock at these levels - that's fact.

I do not understand why you feel you need to Police this discussion with an Iron fist, or react in a chippy fashion when you don't agree with others points of view. I find it all a little strange.

No idea what you're getting at there.

I'm not trying to influence anybody one way or the other.

What I am saying is your previous comment of 'They will probably be buying now' when Mr Potts and Mr Edwards have flooded the market with millions of shares from the placing at 0.001975 is beyond nonsense. It makes no sense whatsoever.

They are professional investors, who take stakes and participate in corporate placings. They will not be sat on their laptops, buying 250k here and there, and dreaming of great riches.

Number one reason bought them at 0.001975 and sold them North of 0.003 - that's quite a return in a matter of weeks, and good luck to them.

But seriously, they're no fools, and if they thought these were heading for 2-3p for instance, they wouldn't be selling down here would they?

Or do we believe they're doing this to help us little Guys in as a favour? Line our pockets with Gold?

There can be as many buyers as you like.

But until Mr Potts and Edwards stop selling, then the stock will be going nowhere - that's basic supply and demand.

Once they're both below the 3% level, then they'll be no need to keep the market updated.

They've flipped them pure and simple. If they thought there was upside, do you think they'd be sat on the offer unloading?

Disappointing.

The reason this stock is sat here, and not racing ahead (despite the excitement on here) is that Mr Potts and Edwards are sat there as sellers of the stock - as per the RNS announcements.

So one has to ask the question why?
