The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Agreed, but what concerns me is if they can pull a stunt like this what's to say they won't rig the vote result at the EGM? Anyone know the date of that please?
The "AS reply to email" thread also seems to have gone from view. I posted on that thread at 11.20. Anyone know what's going on.
Timster does Hugh own the huge pipeline then?
I think that, in addition to a hoped for significant rerate of the SP post December 13th, what is equally exciting is the prospect of an end to the deafening radio silence that has accompanied Avacta for many many months. Full spread MSM articles and full on TV and radio coverage will be very much welcome, and hopefully forthcoming courtesy of Consilium and others.
As we move towards the final third of Q4, when some sort of denouement regarding AVA 6000 Phase 1a data is anticipated, are there any ideas as to how Consilium's involvement with Avacta will play out? Perhaps some of the Cognoscenti on this board familiar with how PR and Communications firms operate can cast some light. We haven't heard a peep out of them so far unless I missed it.
If it did come in Q4 it would probably be on 29th December via RNS towards the end of the trading hours.
Timster --I might be wrong but I have a feeling AS isn't a fan of MHRA or HMG in general, and proposes concentrating his and Avacta's contacts firmly Stateside where possible ( Dr Tap, MSK, FDA etc). Remember his bleak ( but accurate) letter to the Times regarding HMG and also the way UK Life Science firms were shafted during the Covid LFT episodes. There were also the issues around all the Government corruption and cronyism which may have given him a less than charitable view. Just a thought.
Last Friday (27th Oct) I e mailed Mary-Jane Elliott, Founder and Managing Partner of Consilium and asked if she could clarify why the Consilium website had not been updated regarding Avacta's appointment of her company in early July of this year.
I didn't get a reply, which seems strange as they appear to post other engagements etc on their website.
Maybe they are too busy to reply, or just prefer keeping their powder dry.
Presume you mean "they wouldn't be a drilling contractor for long" ---it's kinda different.
In an economic situation in the UK which should ideally suit FRP Advisory's talents, the SP movements remain a continuing disappointment to shareholders. Hope to see some improvements here PDQ.
Let's hope so --we have waited long enough!
Great article today on Shanta and its increasing prospects --Page 56 of The Mail Sunday --worth a read.
Companies House shows no persons with significant control of the company and most of the named persons on the filing register seem to be accountants. I wonder why.
Au price movements are up and down like a tart's drawers, no relation to logic, manipulated to suit various governments' interests that we are unaware of.
HP or Worcestershire might help.
Thankyou.
NT? I know it's obvious to most folks on here but please confirm its meaning to me. Thanks.
I would presume into Consilium's bank account.
Consilium were appointed by Avacta on 5thJuly of this year and still have not updated their website to that effect. Are there any reasons for this?
This is like the Yes No Interlude on Take your Pick. Google it.
