Well 80% of their sales come in the second half of the year, so even if some sales are missed, you would expect HMI to still make substantially more sales. 40% drop unjustified, since there has already been a huge drop over the past month due to macros.

Not sure why people are not looking ahead at the positives. The funding is almost in place, must be so if major inroads have been made on the legal documentation. We have a new CEO, known for upscaling efficiently and sustainably and managing multibillion budgets. He twice tried to leave deBeers and was pursuaded back and starts in a week. Structures are now in place for ramp up under an experienced navigator.

I'm sure much of the speculation re. Orion and CEO departure will be cleared up at the Q & A at midday. New CEO looks to be successful and experienced judging from his LinkdIn and the information given in the RNS.

Agreed since the litigation and tax are a % of the amount, they woud have to have an amount. The also state if towards lower end, litigation % is lower.

Loam have probably reduced their holding causing a downward pressure on the stock and others are taking advantage of this to amplify the uncertainty. We know that a payout has been agreed in principal, but details have to be refined. It is fair and refects past and global sales. We know it is towards the lower end of a 'Successful Jury Outcome' as opposed to 'lower end of settlement'. Nanoco will be in their best position since inception- cash funded for the forseeable during a downturn, with future scope wrt the quantum dots and other opportunity.
