At this level, with anticipated good news re. France MDC over the next few months. I would suggest a tentative buy. If they confirm the engineering contract with IDEX, expected to be confirmed in Q4, will shoot up, as that's 15 million euros booked.

They have enough to see them through until engineering £ comes in next year,

They have several paid contracted projects on the go.

I think the bottom has been reached.
