Very likely transaction will complete on Monday and we'll receive monies next week which fulfill our consideration for the Vecta drilling and associated newsflow. Five wells in Q4, which means they'll need to start soonish. This month dare I say?

Perhaps selling is owing to Helium-1 news

Not sure why people are selling, a six day delay means very close. If there were due diligence issues they would have extended for a month.

They still have $1,500,000 in funds and the oil revs from Stanley (which are currently greater per annum than the amount they're getting for it). From their RNSs, they look to be focussing on Helium going forward

The annual revenue from the oil and gas exceeds the amount they're getting from the asset. They're moving towards a He-only profile

No reason for this to kep dropping, they're going to be in receipt of $1,00,000 shortly and have the Vecta drills coming soon. Just need a little news to change sentiment. Even a simple Tweet!

But significantly more delayed trades as a proportion of the total than for most stocks, and it has had a dampening effect in terms of interest in the share as well as price. Holdings RNS's have been delayed by a week a few times. Anyway, whatever it is, hopefully almost concluded. Contrasting this to June/ July when the share was fluid. Agreed though, the well is highly likely commercial, just from the top two zones as they are likely to come in at the top-end of expectations.

This is in the drilling mud as opposed to free He, and so can't directly be converted to a %. This is high for drilling mud though.

Can't buy anything. I have another order in and it still hasn't been filled. Games are most definitely being played to encourage selling.

Once the seller has finished, and that should be very soon now, I'd expect this to rise quickly. The adjacent Hillesden-1 well flowed with little loss of pressure, and the wells in the surrounding area flowed He at 3.9%. I don't see why this would be different now that they've established the presence of He. This is a well run company with a driven CEO.

Surprised his short was allowed given that some IPO folk are selling as you would expect. Hopefully will abate soon.

In terms of Helium plays, looks like both He1 and HEX are turning. HEX finally after being destroyed by a seller. Both have v near term catalysts. MSMN and GEX later this year.

Most definitely TW short attack on GEX effect. Hopefully over now.

Would help if we had news from MSMN on one of this year's drills.

After rereading prospectus and admission docs, have found no evidence of fraud. Hussar, main project, is permitted. They have repeatedly stated that Hussar is surrounded by Helium projects with infrastructure. They have farmed-in to Winter (EP155) where they will use their Hussar experience. All leading in the right direction, since they have been invited to a meeting required for land permit approvals in September.
