24th not limiting offer, just exclusivity. Vote will be 28 days after publication of document so next year. It's started looking good for agreement, but due diligence can be hectic on a trading Co. Especially a subsidiary.

The share price would be irrelevant. Its the SP of the launched RTO company that is the key. Work on a 10 bagger at least. Ie holders will get shares in new entity that would have otherwise be worth 1.7p in the old company.
