There are at least 4 leaks a year reported in my road per annum. The workforce are great but the company SWW, is a mess.

A change is coming. Personally , while I see the divi's as a great boon to investors I have never believed that Water should be subject to shareholders ..Business makes as much money as possible by laying out as little as possible. What's next ? Air? .

Simply hammer the companies with exponential fines for every breach until the company and the shares are worthless . Than take it back into private ownership. Immoral? happens all the time in the mkts and no more immoral than making profits from something that falls from the sky, is very badly collected and stored and treated ; is wasted on a grand scale but apparently secures big divi's, bonuses , and huge salary increases for pee poor operations.
