Share price should be over 10p if as many think this is a done deal... Far too much going on that is unexplained and there is no reason for the BOD NOT to explain it.

We should know what ESY know about CC''s current status. The BOD have been shockingly silent about the current "possible offer" and it's acceptance or proposed acceptance and they cannot hide behind takeover panel rules. The share holders own the company but seem to be less informed than the predator!

I just think it's all about JC. I will continue to think that until proven wrong. After all these years of nil profits, the landscape changes and a real chance of profitability looms..and JC wants to sell? If he had 5%/ 10% of the company I might see the logic but right now it looks like possible future rewards are to be denied long term share holders. Gobbled up by ESY for a song and what's in it for JC and HP?? We will soon find out.
