As Gizmo has outlined ESY bidding for something that has now effectively been devalued in terms of it's worth to them. If CC has the upper hand, despite those loans why the hell say yes? Why say anything?

Not really , because he is choosing to say nothing. About the possible offer, about WHY the recommendation and as colour points out : "The Company continues to make steady progress " so after 13 years at the helm ??? Accept the offer if firmed up?

None of this makes sense . The larger holders should/would/be screaming for an explanation after all these years! Has JC shared info with them?: because there is no evidence that would escape the detectives on here to suggest they have been vocal! Info that has to be shared with all legally? Shared in that Trading update!

One large holder STILL dumping into the increased sales, apparently with assistance from MM's.

Arbitrage is available , and volume of buys is increasing but no huge volume.

There is a lot to unpick. JC needs to speak.
