The Convertible Loan Notes were issued back in March. They were due for redemption after 6 months or on change of control. As we haven’t had change of control yet we should have had an RNS regarding their extension or redemption.

It's been a long wait for the RTO so I certainly won't be rushing to sell. I will wait to see how this plays out.

I avoided the broker uhlf as they charge £50 for each trade for a Bed and Isa (i.e. £100). Yes the spread would have been tighter but the saving would have been minimal and it would have meant 20 mins on hold first (typically, at the moment with HL).

Correct. These were my trades, just moving between accounts.

The 108k rollover was me, first time I've done this. Just needed to move shares between accounts. I still have 400k shares and will be holding until full value is realised.

Andrew Monk of VSA seems like a decent chap from what I've seen and heard of him. He's also a friend of Tom Winnifrith of ************* so ENET may get some exposure there as have other VSA companies (CERP springs to mind).

Agreed bid, the reaction was muted so hopefully shares are being tightly held (although we've only had half a days trading). I was annoyed by the midday RNS, it should be done at 7:00am with all the others so people have a chance to digest before the market opens.

Well it happened to me at Synety (now Cloudcall), they're certainly a tech company. If they can get a placing away in the high 30s I think it will underpin the price and I will certainly pile in for more. Let's hope they can do that!

I hope so TL. I agree with you that liquidity will improve with more investors on board. Just hope they get this away quickly and not let the price dribble down into the 20s and then some institutional investor comes on board for peanuts. Sadly I've seen this sort of thing before with small AIM stocks.

A potential fundraise should not come as a surprise at it was clear from the interims cash was going to be tight. I mentioned back in March I was not buying any more until funding was sorted. The appointment of the PR firm was also a giveaway. Let's just hope they get this done quickly at a good price but from my previous experience with AIM companies Matt may well be right and we may get diluted to oblivion by institutions buying in for pennies. Having said that the directors owning a good chunk may save us as they won't want to be diluted either.

Not sure what you mean 01234. I am confident but I still think they will need to raise. Last trading update said revenues were up 20% on previous year. However previous year revenues were only $1.12m so not nearly enough to stop the cash burn.

I have a big position here (for me anyway, 100k+ shares). Although I'm positive about this company I won't buy any more yet as when I look at the cash position a fundraise in the next six months looks inevitable. I just hope they can get it away at a good price.

Understood but I would have thought they would want to raise more than £4m to £5m can't see that lasting long.

A previous article had suggested raising around £30m.

Very surprised to hear him say they are only raising £4-£5m had expected something in double figure millions at least. Sounds like the appetite from the institutions wasn't there?
