I don't make the rules I was just quoting them. Clearly the content of that X post described what they did as falling within the scope of the rules i.e.:

The X post appears to have been deleted so maybe they realised it's not a good idea to boast about it.

Torino - £170k doesn't sound much but is over 25% of the shares in this company traded in one day so would have a big impact on price.

If that's true it sounds like market abuse which is illegal under UK Market Abuse regulations:

Looking back this company has been a disaster, but now we have three solid appointments made in the last seven months and directors wanting an option pool to give them up to 10% of the issued share capital. The company has a current market cap of £400k, they are not going to be interested in 10% of that so clearly they have ambitions to grow the business significantly.

Could it all go horribly wrong again? Of course, but for me the risk/reward is good here. It looks like the seller is still active (big 5m sell today). Perhaps it is Bishop disposing of his 55m shares now he has resigned? Once the seller has gone this could do well if we get decent news flow. DYOR.

They are obviously serious about making something of this company so should be an exciting few months ahead.

Sometimes better to buy first to give the price a bump and get a better sell price, or maybe didn't want to be out of the share for even a brief time. Or maybe you are right but I haven't seen any ramping lately, seems no one is interested in this.

Looks like a buy/sell to move the shares to a tax free account.

According to Sharescope Bishop has 55,000,000 shares. If he is the seller we should a holdings RNS soon.

Also if the deal is off why are the shares still suspended?

Hard to understand how experienced operators could have the rug pulled from under them like this. I can't see why shareholders would want to throw money at a potentially protracted legal battle.

Perhaps they realise it's all over here? We were hoping for 30p and got 10p. We've all been had and it's time to move on to pastures new and try and put this disastrous investment behind us?

This is as per CHF website, this must be the entity affiliated with Arowana mentioned in the RNS on the 9th.

Latest broker note from Cavendish ends: "Given the ongoing proposed combination, we have taken the decision to withdraw our target price" (was 32p).

Looks like the huge rise in precious metal prices is a big tailwind for this company. They make the point that returns can be large and accessed in a relatively short timeframe compared to say a conventional gold mining small cap company which can take years to produce gold.

Interesting find Soricel, according to their website Salvocean were planning to IPO on Aquis Q2/Q3 2024. It doesn't look like that happened. So I wonder if the plan is to reverse into DISH?

Longknife I don't think we need to do any complex calculations. As individual investors we are simply given 0.00687 shares in TBN in exchange for one FOG share which at $31 is equivalent to 29.7 CAD cents, 15.8 UK pence cash equivalent. I agree this is a terrible price.
