SimmL - I’m slightly confused by what XO are saying to you - according to the timetable, STEL shareholders won’t be issued their NWF shares until the 3rd May, which will then be tradable on the ASX on the 4th May. However, if XO are saying they will be selling your shares on the 26th, I’m assuming they mean your STEL shares as that is the last day or them being tradeable??? Could be worth you contacting them for clarity. With regards to the NWF SP, it’s currently suspended pending the completion of the deal, though due to the share dilution, the SP might drop once trading resumes. Current AUS/GBP exchange rate is 0.54, so if working on anticipated NWF SP of 0.20cents upon suspensition being lifted, would equate to the equivalent of STEL being 10.8p

The price you get for the NWF shares is wholly dependant on market rate on the day of the sale of course!

Using round figures for the sake of simplicity, if you currently own 100,000 STEL shares, you will get 76,220 NWF shares upon completion of the deal.

Indeed. Whilst everyone is getting giddy over OBC being the next ASOS or lastminute.com, may I suggest you do some proper research, namely; The track record of those involved. The past performance of both ADVFN and ONL. The technology involved, the applications it could be used for, including patents and IPs. The market it sits within, including any SWOTs. The funding required to be an operator in such an environment (both in data mining and development of apps). Once you’ve done that, get back to me...

Greendave - where is the complexity in creating a ‘wallet’ which assigns a value to the user based on how many ‘ticks’ they get on a social media site? That is something which could be developed on an website enabled with Active Server Pages from 20 years ago in literally two-three hours.
