Given that greendave has just casually dropped AST into the conversation, i'm assuming he must be one of BMD's cronies. GD - you keep going on about Blockchain technology (well, you keep repeating the very simplified version of BC as touted by BMD), how do you think OBC are going to monetise it?

It looks the UK market is currently valuing Stel shares at just underneath the ‘absolute worst case scenario’ price of NWF dropping to 0.15c upon completion of the deal. I can’t see that happening myself as the ASX is not prone to wild swings in SP like can occur in AIM

To meet the minimum offer value of 9.77p, equivalent NWF price needs to be 17.29c at an exchange rate of �1 to $1.77 AUS

TBH, I think whatever way PI's vote is pretty much irrelevant based upon the size of the Irrevocable Undertakings. It's just a formality!

Mukflash - you just posted that your broker X-O is sending out letters. I'm presuming that will include a voting form to approve/decline the deal. I know that HL carry out all their Corporate Actions via online voting.

Mukflash - where do you hold your shares? A nominee account (such as HL) will have sent you a message asking you to carry out a Corporate Action and to vote whether you support the sale or not.

It's based on absolutely nothing. Online shot up to �15/share at one point simply because it was called 'Online' and rode the wave of the original dotcom bubble. It then dropped like a stone when the bubble burst (sound familiar?) and hobbled along at 15-17p/share for YEARS until, you guessed it, the name change to add 'Blockchain' at the end of last year. You've got to hand it to Clem, he works those spoofs well...

Ok, let's approach this from another direction. Prior to the name change to Online Blockchain, what did Online achieve in the Tech Industry in the 20 years it was trading??? Answer that question and you'll see where OBC is heading...

Wong - of the 69 trades printed on the LSE website, over 1/3 (25) of them were for total values of less than �1000. So apart from a few mugs flushing �5k & �10k down the drain, small trades were there and numerous. I suppose if you want to try and trade the swings, then that is entirely down to you. Just be careful not to get spiked! However, what multiple people have said here is that this a company not worth investing in, as long term they will never have or will bring a commercial product to market. Fools and there money though.... GLA

And it still needs another 65% rise just to get back to the placing price. But we know that isn’t going to happen - it might stay around these levels until early next week and then the lack of any significant news will cause this to deflate again. Mug punters spiked today at 70p buying into a share based on an empty blog post from a former lag. You couldn’t make it up!
