All things considered, it’s unlikely (possible, though unlikely) that NWF will drop as far as the open offer price of 0.15. I’d say the placing price to II’s of 0.20 is more likely. On the positive side, ASX is less prone to big swings in SP and those buying at 0.15 were existing investors, so they might be less likely to sell immediately. GLA

A license deal for what? They are not planning on licensing out any IP/product, what they are planning on doing is cloud based data mining, which is generating revenues which, in their own words, is ‘not yet material’ and in my opinion never will be. The RNS and the subsequent reaction spoke for themselves - this company is a complete pup.

Additionally, it’d be my bet that the people buying in today are people desperately trying to average down. As I can’t see any other updates occurring in the short term, this is just going to keep drifting downwards

But in all seriousness, investors have waited over four months for any sort of news and what has been presented to them is very poor. @TopDogShares summary of the RNS on Twitter was spot on; “#OBC let me sum it up, we’re spending cash on inbred transactions on a worthless currency that we have no commercial agreement in place for & have created a minepool to mine worthless coins & are going to spend more money on another office to accommodate this before placing.”
