My understanding is that if you missed the PPI deadline that is it unless you missed the deadline due to "exceptional circumstances". But this current issue is all around commission payments which may have been part of PPI payments made. So if you previously made a claim for PPI and received redress then you cannot claim further for commission. But those who did not claim PPI mis selling or missed the deadline to claim may be able to claim for commission that may have been paid out of their payments . I would imagine every man and his dog have already claimed and received redress for PPI so are not able to lodge a further claim for commission as they have already received redress for their full payments. So the potential number of claims made if this is allowed to proceed will be far less than the original PPI as most will already have claimed and received redress anyway.
A recent decision by the Court of Appeal in London has clarified important questions for financial firms dealing with payment protection insurance (PPI) court claims, confirming that that the acceptance of PPI complaint redress can give rise to a valid compromise so that further court proceedings to revive the claims cannot be brought.
"Swabbing all immigrants may well give you an inflated sense of power and control, but it wont tell you where they were born."
I think the suggestion was to swab all of those that arrive hear illegally on boats from France who have ditched all forms of identification prior to arriving in the UK. We already know that NONE of them were born in the UK .
"Plus even a stupid PM would never lose such a strategic entity."
Well our stupid PM has got form, he has lost the strategic entity of Diego Garcia along with the other islands of the Chagos Archipelago in the Indian Ocean.
When you make a contribution the default page set up automatically adds a gift aid contribution as well. You have to manually deselect the gift aid before confirming your contribution if you do not want this added to your contribution.

A1
I think you have made an error with your list for this years guess's. LTI stated what the final closing price was for THIS YEAR 54.78p. It was not a guess for the closing price for 2025 competition.

Even better is news that none of the police officers involved will be charged, and the police officer who had been suspended from duty has now had that suspension lifted.
