"The sniff of any bad news is a “big short” time, for many, including bigger investors. They sell out the second they hear any bad news, then publicly deramp as much as they possibly can,"
Sacking your top man with immediate effect is not just "any bad news" - until we get the results of the enquiry everyone is guessing about the state of the business. I sold out at 94 the morning the news broke, which means on this investment I'm about 50% richer than I would have been if I'd held and hoped. Call me a deramper by all means (sticks & stones) but I believe in the long term future of this business, and I was defending the take over of WH when most on this board were crying about their short term losses and being very negative on the company.
