Why do they need to act now? What will happen if they don't? I'll tell you what will happen, the share price might drop to £2 a share and the company will carry on as normal. Profit will continue to be made, acquisition targets will still be chased, new avenues will continue to be explored.
Graham's tenure can be seen as having transformed this company into one that has a fighting chance of becoming a global midcap diagnostics business. At this point the share price is irrelevant, he leaves this company to the new man in extremely good health heading towards a period that will determine both the success or not of the business and the share price.
Let's be honest, the market has discounted our revenues from day one because they were chalked up as 'covid revenue', what comes next is what matters - get it right and there's every chance of seeing massive, massive returns from here.
