Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Excellent progress at Zulu. We should be able to commission the plant this month with first delivery in March.
Doubling of capacity with a new plant should be far easier once the current large pilot mine is proved, which could easily be started within 12 months or so.
We also have the potential to increase capacity with the bolt on nature of the current large pilot plant and also the potential to run the plant more continuously on more days per month.
We will have the Zim government and the Chinese on our side. Let’s hope we are not bought out cheaply before then
Exciting times for the new Prem.
Its great to see all the work evolving into a large working Lithium plant.
Also brilliant to see hundreds of locals being given jobs on site and others being moved to newly built house.
Great for the local community and our relationship with the Zim government.
Some very good site media and it looks like we are on target for first production this quarter with the removal of the night shift.
A very exciting and significant period in Prems change from an explorer to a Lithium producer.
Gla
Profitbags, it’s good to keep expectations low, however I think you will be pleasantly surprised over the next few weeks and months.
Also add in a possible bid/sale of Zulu/Prem to your equations in the near future and you will be talking multiples of the current share price.
I am very relaxed and happy with the way things are progressing at Zulu, and also adding when I can.
Gla
Alert, it seems the market still has doubts about Gr and his history, stemming from the previous misdemeanours with RHA etc.
Prem now has the money, chinese backers and professional engineering companies on its side. We are a totally different animal compared to previous years, the market just needs convincing.
I too suspect there is plenty of money on the sidelines waiting to pour into Prem.
What I will say is, imagine what will happen to the share price once the first shipment has been processed and delivered.
Prem will be a proven Lithium producer, Gr will have proven his doubters wrong, confidence will return massively and so will the buying of Prem shares, including institutional buying.
A little bit more patience, then it will be transformational time for Prem.
No guesses from me on the share price at the end of the first quarter, apart from far higher than where we are now.
GLA
A very good video today, looks like they are going full tilt to get the lithium out of the ground and into production.
A very good time to buy before the first shipments of Spodumene are sent to China.
If all goes to plan with the first shipments in this quarter, we will see a vastly positive share price.
Aimisalaugh, any chance you could use comma’s and full stops when you post a sentence. It would make for far easier reading and people may actually be able to understand some of your posts.
Hi Snowking, I would not take it as gospel regarding the plant commissioning on the stated day of the 15th, it could be anytime after or even before. It all depends on if we have all the plant and equipment at the site and installed ready for commissioning.
I will be happy to see the plant fully up and running properly and efficiently in the stated 1st quarter and producing as stated.
Moving from explorer to a producer of Lithium will be absolutely pivotal for Prem; and of course the share price…..
GLA
I think we might have a bit of fomo. Kicking in over the next couple of weeks.
Investors who are on the sidelines will not want to miss out on a potential huge rise on first production and delivery of Prems Spodumene.
Nice steady rise today is only the start, plenty more to come.
GLA
Watcher, this is the Prem board, if you want to sell all your shares and move into gold , then please do so. Of course you will miss out on Prems pivotal period of first production or a buyout at a much higher price, but that is your decision.
But can we please leave the great reset of this board.
Thank you
Very happy with the RNS ; particularly -
We are into the home stretch with pilot plant construction and site activity is frenetic with multiple work streams all targeting the same near-term completion date. Pre-strip has commenced in the initial pit area to be developed. Activity in the pilot plant assembly areas is now on a 24/7 basis. In the absence of any unforeseen issue, I expect that first shipments of SC6 will commence in Q1 as projected.
Some very good assay results including over 29,000 metres drilled for the RUS and DFS.
We should see first shipments this quarter.
GLA
Alert, a very good summary, lets not forget our investment in Circum and our other Lithium play, our potential income from other stockpiled minerals and most of all the Epo area which is 57 times the size of Zulu.
Despite having now accumulated a very large amount of Prem shares over the years, I already wish I had bought more lower down lol.
However when this takes off once the market sees Zulu as a successful Lithium production entity, then everyone currently in Prem will do very very well during the next few months.
I am not concerned about RHA or Mnh but with both we could see a successful twist in the tale at some point later this year, certainly both will be resolved one way or another.
Of course, if Prem as a whole is gobbled up by a hungry predator, then we won’t need to be concerned at all lol
GLA
Snowking, I think at this point in time making any predictions are really a bit pointless. I think any good news regarding successful commissioning and first production of the the large pilot mine will be a huge pivot point for many Prem investors looking to invest more and certainly for new investors in Prem.
The market and the share price will react accordingly followed by further increases once first delivery of Spodumene has been confirmed. There will be lots of money waiting on the sidelines waiting for a successful commissioning of the plant.
We all know how quickly the Prem share can move, imagine the positivity with the market once we are getting paid millions for our product each month and the plant is in full swing.
Then perhaps we might start to hear rumours of a Zulu sale.
It will get extremely interesting once we reach these pivot points, who knows where the share price will end up, no predictions from me, apart from it will be far higher !!!
Gla
Snowking, yes all looking good and on target for commissioning and production in this quarter, it will be great to be getting revenues in the millions every month from the large pilot mine.
I will expect a lot more news once we get into production, ie a second plant, processing of other minerals, upgrade of plant, Zulu buyout or even Prem takeover bid.
There will be plenty of money ready to come into Prem, especially once we have news of production, grades and revenue.
There will also be money coming over from Kod on the spike last week, as the share price falls back.
A very interesting and exciting few weeks ahead.
Gla
Yes, nice to see another Lithium company finally get its financial backing, even if they had to give half of the project away to finance the deal, unlike Prem who still own 100% of Zulu and its EPO area (57 times the size of Zulu remember!)
Also Zimbabwe is a far safer jurisdiction than war torn Mali, add to that, Kod still have to finalise a mining license and also they need to complete the finance, so plenty of risk there.
They hope to be producing in 12 months but given the dynamics of the project then maybe 18 months- 2 years would be more appropriate.
I think we will see plenty of money coming over to Prem on the Kod spike as well, seeing as we are only weeks away from production, so a nice positive for us.
But I wish good luck to all holders in both companies, something that the spiteful and bitter Daz would not dream of saying…..a very sad and malicious man.
We are all here to make money and our time is near GLA
Pilot plant completion-February and commissioning Feb.
So all very much on track.
Currently drilling, and DFS in progress, so it looks like they are still compiling the DFS but the total emphasis is to get the large pilot mine in to production ASAP.
Looking good at present and to think we are only a couple of weeks away from entering February.
GLA
Iky, 1p would value Prem at around 220 million. Any offer for just Zulu and not the Epo area would have to be at least double that imo. It all depends if you think the share price will not go above 1p once we go into production.
Any hint of a takeover or offer for Zulu will send the share price well above 1p.
We are on the cusp of being the first Aim producer of Lithium, with massive profits and potentially a bigger mine or a takeover at anytime in the future.
I for one will be holding way past 1p, the rewards and potential can be staggering.
The Zulu project seems to be going at full steam. Great photos and a multi billionaire on site with Gr. Read into what you will, but things are looking fantastic for Prem and it’s shareholders.
A very exciting period awaits us, Prem are a totally different animal than in years gone by.
GLA
Good afternoon gents, as a very long term holder I can echo some of your thoughts. To think I was once buying at over 2 pence a share a few years ago.
I have since managed to average down and now hold millions of shares and I am very much in profit.
I have absolutely no intention selling any shares till Zulu or Prem is sold or they realise there huge potential.
I believe that 2023 offers the perfect storm to realise our potential, it is all coming together very nicely. Once we are producing anyone invested in Prem will have a very profitable year.
A very exciting period and one which I am very immensely looking forward to see where we will be in only a few months time.
Good luck all genuine investors may 2023 be a very happy new year to us all.
