RE: 99k buy!!!31 May 2023 11:30
Good morning guys, I have not posted for a while, I have read the board some days while observing some of the rubbish and also agenda driven posts from many of the usual suspects and traders.
Its been somewhat a disappointing period of time for the share price, however many Prem shareholders realise building and commissioning a large production plant from bush to where we are now was never going to be easy.
The problems have been compounded by Starks design misdemeanours and have now caused the ramp up to over 4000 tons to be delayed by a few months.
Prem will not be happy and neither will our Chinese investors, while Stark will not want there reputation tarnished by any more delays.
My take on the current situation is that Prem will renegotiate our offtake agreement with Canmax for more money to tide us over to full production, we still have the other 50% offtake to negotiate if required. There is now way Canmax will walk away, and make no bones about it, there will definitely be other parties willing to pay off Canmax and take on the offtake of Lithium from Prem.
Looking at the bigger picture, I am not concerned, nothing has changed here apart from the extended timelines, in fact the plant will be far better optimised with a better throughput than previously quoted, Stark will not want to mess up again.
A Rus and Epo mining license will add immensely to the positivity.
We also own 50% of our other Lithium play, Li3. Did anyone see the RNS this morning giving superb preliminary results out of over 4% Lithium. I bought a chunk in there a couple of weeks ago, I believe Li3 could eventually be worth millions to Prem.
Hopefully Prem will not sell it, but will explore and develop Li3 with some of the profits from Zulu and build a mine as well.
My only concern now is that Zulu or Prem as a whole will be bought out cheap while the share price languishes at these low levels.
Once we have confirmation of a settlement with Canmax to remove uncertainty and we have our first shipment confirmed at the end of June then we can look forward to getting back to a penny.
