Acker, agreed, I also think Li3 could could also have fantastic potential. Todays Rns looked very promising.
I hope Gr does not decide to sell Prems 50%, we need to explore further and get some holes in the ground once finance permits.
Good morning guys, I have not posted for a while, I have read the board some days while observing some of the rubbish and also agenda driven posts from many of the usual suspects and traders.
Its been somewhat a disappointing period of time for the share price, however many Prem shareholders realise building and commissioning a large production plant from bush to where we are now was never going to be easy.
The problems have been compounded by Starks design misdemeanours and have now caused the ramp up to over 4000 tons to be delayed by a few months.
Prem will not be happy and neither will our Chinese investors, while Stark will not want there reputation tarnished by any more delays.
My take on the current situation is that Prem will renegotiate our offtake agreement with Canmax for more money to tide us over to full production, we still have the other 50% offtake to negotiate if required. There is now way Canmax will walk away, and make no bones about it, there will definitely be other parties willing to pay off Canmax and take on the offtake of Lithium from Prem.
Looking at the bigger picture, I am not concerned, nothing has changed here apart from the extended timelines, in fact the plant will be far better optimised with a better throughput than previously quoted, Stark will not want to mess up again.
A Rus and Epo mining license will add immensely to the positivity.
We also own 50% of our other Lithium play, Li3. Did anyone see the RNS this morning giving superb preliminary results out of over 4% Lithium. I bought a chunk in there a couple of weeks ago, I believe Li3 could eventually be worth millions to Prem.
Hopefully Prem will not sell it, but will explore and develop Li3 with some of the profits from Zulu and build a mine as well.
My only concern now is that Zulu or Prem as a whole will be bought out cheap while the share price languishes at these low levels.
Once we have confirmation of a settlement with Canmax to remove uncertainty and we have our first shipment confirmed at the end of June then we can look forward to getting back to a penny.

Crapinvestor, why do you feel the need to advertise to the world the size of holdings and when you supposedly buy or sell your Prem shares. Of course you are making loads of money, it must be true, you have told us ….!
But perhaps you feel the need to justify your actions to yourself, but then probably no one on this forum really cares anyway.
Nice name by the way.
GLA
Thanks Redtrade, looks like we could have an RNS tomorrow stating commissioning and production has started at Zulu.
Acker, let’s hope Santa has lots of presents in his bag for Prem investors and the workers at Zulu…!

I for one am really looking forward to how all this pans out over the next 12 to 18 months.
We have multiple scenarios of where we, as shareholders could benefit, and benefit big time !
We will very soon see production( if we are not already producing !) from our Lithium plant which will make Prem a producer of Lithium and not an explorer.
This will be absolutely massive, which in itself will open up many other opportunities and avenues for us to explore.
Whilst we will have cash rolling in, we will still have the other 50% of the offtake to negotiate, which will put Prem in a very strong position to get the best deal possible, some of which have been mentioned today.
I do like how Gr has kept that option open.....
We also have the other assets including Li3 but the one I am most interested in, is the Epo area.
At 57 times the size of Zulu, I would love to see Prem drill the s__t out of it over the next 12 months to see what this actually contains.
The danger is, as others have said, we will be bought out far too cheaply before our share price rises too much. It may suit short term investors, but many of us, including long termers and investors who have done there research know we are worth a lot more than a couple of pence, we have huge potential.
The next few weeks will be both exciting and fascinating, especially if we produce high grades and large quantities of Spodumene in April and May.

Acker, already bought in here a few days ago. Can buy through interactive investor in an ISA and moving to aim in May.
Loads of potential with Lithium and copper as part of the portfolio.
It was due to be listed in April, but it will now be sometime in May.
Very good consolidation in the .9s now all looking good for a final shove through the long 1p mark.
That dam level looks very high, a fantastic achievement from Prem to get all this up and running in 8 months.
Looking forward to the flow of news now.

Bought in here today, I think this will do very well once it is on the Aim exchange.
Plenty of potential with a varied portfolio including Lithium and copper.

Looking good to continue the rise....

As I like it, another nice steady rise today. Good turnover withy over half a billion shares traded again.
We should be in production over the next few days, then we can look forward to production output rates and grades during April with first delivery due April/May.
If we can get Spodumene output from the flotation tanks at 12 tons an hour as Gr hinted at then we will be in a fantastic position going forward.
Plenty of news to come, including a Rus more drilling assay results as well.
All getting very interesting
Gla.
Jake, Zulu alone is worth more than 2p a share, then we have the Epo area and other minerals to consider. Any hint of a prospective buyer for Zulu or Prem and this will fly past 2p.
But just as a producing Lithium miner, then we should easily attain 2p this year and more when we expand or add another plant.
Also once we have the Rus and Dfs in place following production, then we will see the true value in Prem.
If we get to a 1 billion market cap then you can more than double your 2p.
2023 will be an excellent year for Prem holders and we are just at the start.....

Good Afternoon Gents,
Another very good day with a steady rise, a few more steady 5% to 10 % days will take us to where we should be, which is an Early stage Lithium producer with a share price to match.
Nice and steady is how I like it.
Having paid up to and over 2p for some shares at one time around 8 years ago, I have since managed to do plenty of averaging down over the last couple of years and now find myself massively in profit.
I have always believed that Zulu had enormous potential, its a shame that George thought Circum would be a better route to take when we had the chance to develop Zulu previously.
But, give the man credit, he has taken us so far in 8 short months, we have a huge Chinese backer, and we still own 100% of Zulu. We also have the EPO area still to develop, which is 57 times larger than Zulu!
As I have said on numerous occasions, I have been quite relaxed while the bush land has been transformed into a large pilot ( or as George says a large production ) mine, and I am very happy to see this through to either a billion pound company or till we are bought out for hundreds of millions of pounds. Either of which could happen in quite a short time scale than some will think.
I also said positivity and changing Sentiment will play a huge part in a share rerate, we have now reached that point!
We are now fast approaching the exciting part when Prem finally moves from being an explorer to a producer with millions per year in income.
The market will always react positively when a company enters the producing stage, and we are nearly there.
The next couple of weeks will be very very interesting..!
Good Luck All
