Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
@Making cash, people seem to assume that Canmax will vote against Prem, but if they are more amiable terms they may vote for or even abstain from voting altogether to remain neutral.
All we can do is surmise the outcome.
I personally expect the overall outcome will be a deal to be done with Canmax with the possibility of a few more million to get the plant up to full speed. We still have the other 50% of the offtake to offer at the end of the day.
If this does not conspire, then I am sure other companies will be only to happy to take the place of Canmax.
I think Gr is keeping his cards closely guarded and I am sure he will have an ace or two to play.
It’s a very interesting and intriguing situation, and one which I am sure will see a very positive outcome for Premier.
We definitely have the resource and have a large mine close to or producing sc6 and have never been in a better position.
So it will be Canmax or another, then on to the next stage of our development.
I would love to see more news on the Epo area and Li3 as well, great added potential to forfill.

Chatty, unsurprisingly i see you are a Kod holder, what year do you envisage Kod actually building a plant and actually producing anything, that is they manage to get any funding. Definitely after Prem has been bought out for megabucks I would say.
Well done here today, another very positive day. Many more investors are realising what a great future Prem has.
We have a fantastic resource with lots or potential Spodumene not only at Zulu but also the Epo area.
Plenty of large multinational companies willing to take over from Canmax and production and reprocessing to start in earnest within a couple of weeks.
A very good interview from Stark today which will only have a positive effect on Prems share price tomorrow.
Any more positive news and Prem shares will fly back to above 1p.
These daily rises are only getting Prem back to where we should be.
Much more to come and good luck to all genuine Prem holders.
I have just watched a really good interview with Stark CEO and CTO on stockbox. They are extremely confident that the Zulu plant will be producing in well above 50,000 tons of sc6 concentrate once the upgrades to the plant are completed and everything has been commissioned. They are very very confident. Also talking about upgrades to include production of tantalum.
Very happy with the interview, onwards and upwards we go.

Why do certain individuals keep on saying the mine has not produced sc6 to the required grade, it has !
The potential problem is that the Spodumene concentrate already produced may be contaminated with elevated mica content, and also the output of 3 to 4 tons per hour is below the required 7 tons per hour.
Gr has already had requests to sell the the bagged Spodumene in its present state, but Gr has refused as he says the already produced bagged Spodumene can easily be put through the flotation circuit to remove all of the mica at a rate of 7 tons per hour or more to produce pure Spodumene concentrate
Once modifications to the plant are completed the plant will run at 50% more at over 7 tons per hour with no mica and pure sc6 will be the outcome.
This will be completed within 2 weeks.
Lots of early buys this morning including mine. Looks like we could have a leak and good news on the way.
Revised terms anyone, I really cant see Canmax wanting to be out of Prem, and if so we will have plenty of willing suiters to join the party.
A fantastic opportunity to buy at these low prices.
Again my concern will be a low ball offer of a couple of pence for Zulu or even the whole of Prem.
As some of us have stated the real prize is the huge Epo area.

Good Afternoon guys,
Lots of speculation about Prem over the last couple of weeks from poster, some with there own obvious agenda, some who are nervous or wary of the outcome and others who are positive.
I for one am very relaxed and very positive of the outcome. I am not a trader, so I always look at the bigger picture and the fudimenles and all I can see is a positive outcome for Prem and it’s investors.
Our Chinese friends are desperate for the Lithium, they were very happy to invest 35 million in our resource and will be only too happy to invest more for a bigger share of the Lithium.
Prem obviously want this to work and so will Stark, who have there reputation on the line.
If Canmax do walk, which I don’t think they will, then we will have plenty of willing companies who will take our Litihium and will only be too happy to enter into agreements for offtake.
All will be good, ignore the noise and the shorting naysayers and look at the bigger picture.
