If they return1 Wessex Share for every 18 Bluebird Ordinary Shares like last time. That would be a massive return you can fit 15 BBE shares into 1 Wessex. Looking good to me.

Very interesting. I could be a return of the rest of the Wessex shares over 37,000,000 of them £2.59 mill as of 03/10/2012 Last time the divi was paid like this. 1 Wessex Share for every 18 Bluebird Ordinary Shares. Not a bad return.

Moreforus With a NAV of 6.9 mill why have the mm,s not moved this up today. It should have doubled in price if you ask me. Someone new of the real value last week when they bought £35.000 worth

I bought in but not sure what is really going on here. Two £17500 trades gone through at 0.50. Big money being played i will be happy to see this one out as a pure gamble. gl

BBE is currently valued at £2.82 mil. The fact that Wessex could easily sell for £100 mill would give us 5 mill in the bank :) on top of our other investments.

The bid is moving in the right direction any how. Might be news coming from one of our other investments. Centurion, Revloc, Marcellus, Solitaire, Big Sky and European Shale Gas Projects. The Centurion project is located in Sumner County, Kansas, covering approximately 15,000 acres. The Solitaire project is 100% owned by Bluebird, is a pure exploration venture covering approximately 47,000 acres in Kit Carson County, southeastern Colorado. The Revloc project covers approximately 20,000 acres in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Bluebird holds a 78% interest in 4,817 acres in Marcellus shale acreage in the Appalachian Basin. The Big Sky assets are located in Townships 4 and 5 South, Range 22 East in a structural saddle between the Big Horn Basin and the Crazy Mountains in south-central Montana.

Looks like like something is brewing here.

These results include a 100% provision against our investment in Evergreen Oil Plc which stood at £176,798 at the end of last year following their announcement on 15 August 2012 that trading in their shares has been suspended pending clarification of their financial position. Without the write down on Evergreen there would have been a small profit on our portfolio return for the half year. This would compare quite favourably with a fall of 6% in the FTSE AIM All Share Super Sector Oil and Gas over the period of the interims. The complete write down of Evergreen, however, means there is a loss on the portfolio of £166,000. We await further news from Evergreen.
