I note the merger will take place at £1.29 per share.

That’s going to be the new base I imagine until the merger, then it’s pure upside from here as the Nasdaq listing becomes effective and we rocket.

Ok, fingers crossed it’s nothing then. It’s the first company I’ve been invested in that is subject to a merger of this nature via a SPAC, hence my initial concern!

Given the wording in the merger RNS in relation to the cash available post-merger, I would hope that this wouldn’t be required. That said, I don’t know of course.

Well it would be, given that they are the SPAC and therefore a totally different entity. I don’t note any correlation (yet) between the two sp’s.

Pretty sad that all some people have to do is argue with others and spend their days trying to convince others they are right and know the outcome of this drill. This board is such a tedious read I’ll be glad once we finally have some proper news instead of all this regurgitated drivel and bickering.

Was looking back over recent RNS announcements and note that we are due an update of the sale of certain assets by 31/12/20.

The sums involved look pretty minor on the whole? Am I right in thinking we haven’t heard anything yet?
